2 Queens, 1 Double
This prime Seaside location home is beachside and filled with windows to enjoy the gulf and Seaside views, not to mention porches and patios on every level. Toye Cottage is one of those amazing beach homes you always hope to find! On the first floor, there is a newly renovated queen primary bedroom suite with a lovely sitting room, double-sided fireplace, two flat-screen TVs, and an ensuite renovated bath. The marble bathroom features a glass-enclosed walk-in shower only and a double vanity. Down from the queen primary suite is the second bedroom, a double with a dresser, a small closet, and plenty of natural light. This bedroom shares a renovated hall bath with a single vanity and a large glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The third bedroom down is found at the front of the home, a queen with an ensuite renovated bathroom. This queen has a newly added ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a luxurious large shower rain head. This queen has French doors that open to a covered furnished porch with lounge seating, the perfect location for a nightcap and to listen to the waves crash.
Upstairs, the second floor has a chic living room with a flat-screen TV and two large sofas, a perfect movie night location. The adjacent screened-in porch has two large sofas and a coffee table, a nice outdoor living location that is a favorite morning coffee location. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and comfortably seats six. The kitchen has been renovated and features a center island with bar seating for two, a prime entertaining spot. The kitchen is wrapped in windows with plenty of natural light and views of the coastal dunes and vegetation. There are high-end appliances throughout; all stainless steel appliances, a six-burner gas stove, and a large farmhouse sink. This kitchen is perfect for the weekend chef. There is also a half bath off the living area and a washer and dryer.
There is an expanded outdoor deck upstairs, and with the open patio downstairs, you can relax to your heart's content, listening to the sounds of the Gulf, which is just steps away via the Tupelo Beach Pavilion. The upstairs outdoor deck has outdoor dining for six with a covered trellis with privacy curtains with amazing gulf and sunset views. There is adjacent bar seating for two more and a gas grill. This is a favorite gem of this home!
* 5-night minimum Spring, Spring Bk, and Summer; 3-night minimum Fall, 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign the registration.
Please note that from March 9th to April 6th, Toye Cottage is only available for Family Break bookings or two adult couples. Each party booking is limited to two occupants, 25 years old or older, and their accompanying children. All occupants are required to sign in at the time of arrival as part of our normal greeting process.
