Nestled within the serene coastal community of Seaside, Florida, "Enchantment" is a charming beach cottage that lives up to its name. Step inside to discover a retreat designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The main living area welcomes guests into the first level, offering a comfortable seating area centered around a flatscreen TV with DVD/VCR, perfect for unwinding after a day spent exploring the nearby beach. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for whipping up delicious meals, complemented by a dining area for four where guests can enjoy breakfast and coffee before a fun-filled day at the beach or dinner for a night in. The first floor also features a king suite and full bath.

For additional guests or family members (recommended for ages 10 and over), there is a loft that features two twin beds tucked beneath vaulted ceilings, creating a cozy space for peaceful slumber accessible by a ship's ladder. Step outside onto one of the two screened-in porches to soak in the salty breeze and bask in the idyllic surroundings. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset, these inviting outdoor spaces provide the perfect backdrop for moments of tranquility. There is also an outdoor grill if you wish to enjoy the outdoors while you prepare a meal.

Conveniently located just a stone's throw away from the sandy shores of the beach and the vibrant town square, "Enchantment" offers the best of both worlds. Spend your days lounging on the sun-kissed sands or exploring the charming boutiques, gourmet grocery store, and eclectic restaurants that dot the bustling streets nearby. With its blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm, this beach cottage invites you to experience the enchantment of seaside living at its finest!

For additional room, the 5-bedroom cottage, "Elegance", may also be rented.

The twin beds in the loft will be a bonus for families. Overall, it could use some TLC. The shower handle was broken when we arrived, and there are signs that some basic upkeep are needed such as paint, etc.

Cute Cottage

Great location. Clean place. Communication with agency was great. Shower wasn’t working, sent someone within 10 min of calling and they got it to work but limited shower pressure. The shower heads need replaced and should have been addressed prior to spring/summer season in my opinion. Also there are no blankets. A comfy bed blanket would be appreciated especially during spring when nights are still cool. The mattresses upstairs in the twin room both need replaced. The living room needs a new rug and new covers for the furniture. Also only provided two rolls of toilet paper. The beach access is beautiful but the other amenities are not worth the fees. The kids pool was tiny and gross and needs re done. The adult pool is also small but did have nice loungers. The fitness center was gross and rundown. For as much as the fees are these things need updated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in this cottage. It’s aged, but that’s to be expected and is still in great shape. The customer service was second to none. I jokingly said via text that my wife and I needed another cup of coffee around 7 am... and a fresh bag of coffee was delivered to our doorstep. Such a kind and meaningful gesture. The cottage is located in a great location close to everything in Seaside (directly behind Central Square) but tucked away leading to a very intimate and secluded feeling. The walk to the beach (W. Ruskin Pavilion) is about 5 minutes. Not bad at all. PARKING IS ON W. RUSKIN STREET! it was a little difficult to find when we arrived at 10:30 pm, so for those who rent next, your parking will be on W. Ruskin, on the street, right outside of the entrance gate.And oh - there IS a washer and dryer in this cottage. Very helpful.Can’t wait to come back!

The weather was nice while we were there and our cottage was “enchanting”. It’s small but just the right size for us. Fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, nice King size bed, and clean bathroom with awesome and modern bathroom. We will be back!

Good location, bad noise issue

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enchantment has a significant noise issue. The outside heat pump is directly adjacent to the bedroom wall. When it switches on, there is a loud motor hum/vibration that is very similar to a loud mini fridge turning on and off. Although it seems insignificant during the day, it was very disruptive to sleeping at night. The bedroom noise was 29dB when off, and 50 dB when on. Bedroom noise levels over 35 dB is at “noise pollution” levels for sleep environments. I realize this may (does?) sound crazy and I fully acknowledge that others may not have a problem. But I normally sleep very well and on this vacation, that wasn’t possible. Earplugs were helpful but would usually come out during the night. I fully acknowledge that the maintenance crew and office staff were lovely and responsive. But because nothing was “wrong” and there was no major complaint like heat or electricity out, they couldn’t switch rooms or offer any fix. Otherwise, the cabin is serviceable, if a little shabby for how expensive the nightly rate is. But I do realize there is a Seaside premium! We liked the complimentary bike rental and the location can’t be beat!

We did think that the furniture in the living room and screened porch could use some freshening up. The bathroom needs some new paint. Although, we don't go to Seaside to watch tv, the tv in the family room is awkward to watch in the position it is in because it is too high, and should be a bigger tv. It was hard to relax and watch the current tv.

Adorable and has everything you need for your stay- full kitchen, king bed, screened porch, and loft if you have a guest. We come to Seaside as often as we can and have stayed here twice now bc we love it.

Exactly what we hoped!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was great for our family of four- my husband and me, and our two girls ages 5 and 7. We were able to cook some meals and have snacks at home, great location for riding bikes everywhere, and amazing activities for the kids- story time and an improv class! Lots of spring breakers from other towns made the square/green and restaurants a little overwhelming, but never so bad we felt like we couldn’t do what we wanted to. A great stay, we’d like to come back!
