Probably the best management company I’ve ever used! They were courteous, friendly, great communicators— through the VRBO app and emails. When my daughter and I entered the townhouse, it was a warm welcome! With the lights all on, and lovely music playing upstairs and downstairs on the TV, with a pretty screen saver. We came on the trip after a death in the family and really appreciated the warm welcome. And as a gift, there were two beautiful, wrapped beach towels for us to use and take home. So generous. Everything you needed is at this unit. Just lovely. Thank you, Oversee!

One of my most favorite trips to date ! Magical area with restaurants live music shopping and beach right at your doorstep! The private beach access was amazing !!! Cannot wait to come back !

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this condo. Every thing was exceptionally clean. The Beach decor looked straight out of a magazine.the bed was very comfortable . The deck was a wonderful place to read and hang out. 🩵

This room was exactly what we needed for our trip. With just the two of us, we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was conveniently located to the things we needed, including the Beach, restaurants, and the grocery store. Studio was clean and nicely decorated. The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was more of a studio since there wasn't a "Bedroom" but the bed was in a separate area surrounded by 3 walls which gave some quiet and privacy if someone wanted watch TV in the living space. The balcony was my favorite spot. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Would stay here again!

Loved our stay!

We had a great stay at Golden on 30A. The unit was exactly as pictured in the photos. When we had a question about the pool code, we called the number listed and the attendant was so pleasant and helpful! We'd definitely stay here again!

We had a great time! The condo was clean and very well kept. Great location to restaurants and the beach. This was our 3rd year in October in Santa Rosa. First time at Golden on 30A such a cute place! We had plenty of towels and a great starter basket of essentials. A little communication glitch trying to check in early but all in all a great trip!

Perfect location
