2nd floor right over the pool, the little ones will love it! This seaside themed studio is located in a beach-front mid-rise on South Thomas Drive. This unit sleeps 4 on 2 queen beds. Fire Department regulations limit the occupancy in our unit to 4. No pets. Our condo has a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes and pots and pans. The condo features WIFI, 50-inch Smart TV, sitting area with couch and recliner, and a dining are with seating for 4. Please note, there are no private balconies at Top of the Gulf. THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE A PRIVATE BALCONY.

Our complex has undergone a lot of renovations and it shows! Come sit in our big chair, look for the turtles in our pools, and sit up on our roof-top deck at sunset! Our snack bar is open for the season with adult beverages for Mom and Dad. Shuffleboard? The kids love it and corn hole games are available. Our game room features complimentary games (children must be accompanied by an adult.). Top of the Gulf is the condo that just keeps getting better and better.

This unit is suitable for 4 people. Primary renter must be 21 years of age. No smoking of any type, including vaping. No pets.

The condominium is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, and is within walking distance to Pineapple Willie's, Juan Taco, shopping, golfing, and other activities. Tootsie's to open this Spring in the old Spinnaker's site. The primary renter MUST be 21 and occupying the unit. No absentee renters, this is strictly enforced by the HOA and Drivers' Licenses are checked in the HOA office.
This condominium unit is a NON-SMOKING Unit. This includes vaping, medical marijuana, and e-cigarettes. (Smoking allowed in designated outdoor areas.) Smoking in the unit, or any other deviations from the rules of Top of the Gulf (including failure to occupy the room without advanced notice) will lead to a forfeiture of the deposit. We do not allow pets. By sending the deposit, you are agreeing to these simple conditions.

This family oriented condominium complex has a large pool, baby pool, seasonal snack bar, and a massive sundeck overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches on the Emerald Coast.

Come on down and get away. Don't spend all your money on a big condo that you're only going to sleep in, save that money and spend it on the restaurants, Zooworld, Gulfworld, and the other sights around!
