Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this easternmost villa, which has a second-floor living area just 225 yards from the beach. This villa is the closest to the oceanfront complex, the Oceanfront Grill, and the beach, and is conveniently located near shopping!

Ground Level: Features a large bedroom perfect for kids, with a Duobunk bed and a TV/DVD. There’s also a room with a queen bed, a TV, and a full bath.

Mid Level: Offers a well-appointed living room with a TV and Blu-Ray DVD. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with seating for three, and the dining table seats eight. There's a queen bedroom with a bathroom and a TV. A half bath is also on this level. The shady deck is a great spot to relax after a day at the beach and watch activity at the oceanfront complex.

Top Level: Features a private king bedroom with a TV/DVD and an en suite bathroom.

Amenities: Hot Tub, LED TVs, Stereo, Boombox, Videos/Books, Baby Items (High Chair & Portable Gate), Bikes, Beach Umbrella, Beach Buggy. The HOA offers trolley service from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Enjoy three oceanfront pools, lighted basketball and shuffleboard courts, a game room and playground, eight outdoor tennis courts, a sound-side pool, a sound-front pier, an indoor sports center with an eight-lane lap pool, racquetball courts, indoor clay tennis courts, an exercise/fitness room, a game room, a 12-person spa, and a locker room with saunas. Reduced green fees are available at The Carolina Club and The Pointe Golf Courses. Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access amenities. Corolla Light amenities are available for up to 10 guests.

Things to Know
This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.. You will need to sign an additional lease agreement upon booking, which will be sent to your email. Check-in is not available until we receive your electronic signature. Please contact us if you do not receive this agreement.
Guests have access to the Corolla Light Recreational Amenities. Guests are instructed to pick up their resort information and amenity bracelets on the first day of their reservation at the Corolla Light Sports Center located at 1026 Ocean Trail Corolla, NC 27927. Your check in time is not until 4:00 PM but you can take advantage of the resort amenities as soon as you retrieve your information from the Sports center, as early as 9 am on your scheduled check-in day.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Location, location, location

There isn't a better villa in Corolla in terms of location. We love staying so close to the pool and beach. However, the interior is showing some age, and I would recommend replacing the couches and mattresses to improve guest comfort, as well as the oven. We had a difficult time cooking on the stovetop.

Great location!

We had a wonderful time and already booked the same house for next summer. Out favorite part was the proximity to ocean front complex. It is the best villa as far as location for sure! Older kids could come and go as they wanted. We loved all the amenities volleyball, shuffle board, pickle ball, pool. Everything was right there. Kids loved walking to the ice cream shop and arcade. There is something for everyone. Some things I loved about the house: spacious bedrooms, refrigerator and freezer in the garage was awesome to keep water bottles and popsicles. There was tons of stuff for the beach..chairs, umbrellas, toys, a beach wagon cart. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked . I would suggest adding scissors . Beds were not the most comfortable but we were so tired we still slept pretty well. The house had two baby gates which we needed and used as well as highchair. We also liked that they have roku tvs so we didn’t need three remotes for one tv like we’ve experienced in the past. We already booked the same house for next summer.

Unbeatable location, could use some updates

We've stayed at this property multiple times and the location is unbeatable. However, I have to say that some of the furnishings could use an update. Additionally, we knew there to be an ice maker here so we did not bring one from home, but unfortunately we found that it was not in working order. Seeing previous reviews, it's disappointing that the problem was raised but it was not fixed. That said, we really appreciate the large selection of bikes, chairs and beach toys in the garage - there is a lot available and it's nice to not have to bring those things from home.

Vacasa does not work

We made this reservation using VRBO expecting the same service and direct connection to the owners as in the past. VACASA has taken over admin of the unit and the property has suffered as a result. The VACASA business plan does not work for renters. They promise owners that they do not have to lift a finger and VACASA will just send them money. Meanwhile the properties decline quickly. This place has a lot going for it but the little things that an owner would normally correct pile up and become a nuisance to all renters. If VACASA is involved, go elsewhere.

Great house

We absolutely loved the house. We loved the location and all the amenities that came with it. We were appreciate of all the beach items in the garage that saved us quite a bit of money. We did have 2 issues - something happened with the jacuzzi tub upstairs. There was a note on it to not use the jets because they were not operational. I used the tub the first night with no issues (didn't use the jets). My husband used the tub the next morning and it ended up pouring through the floor into the kitchen,, half bath, and down into the bottom floor in one of the bedrooms and hallway. It was quite a commotion at 6:00 in the morning! Repair people came quickly and determined it was a broken pipe underneath. Thankfully we were able to finish out our week and we just didn't use that tub. On the last day, the dishwasher quit working. We had used it once during the week and it worked fine. We loaded it again before we left and couldn't get it to work at all. Other than that, we had no problems with the house. We would stay here again if we decided to stay in Corolla on our next trip.
