The check in process and information needed for the property was easily organized and accessible. Great for a stay with kids as there is enough space plus a great screened in patio. Walkable to downtown and the beach including a great park for kids of all ages.

The property was very clean and essentials were provided. Loved having access to all the beach gear and the bikes. We spent a lot of time in the screened in porch as well. Would highly recommend the Flip Flop Cottage.

The property is just as pictured! Had everything we needed and the location was so convenient. We loved walking to Kid’s Corner and then taking the blue stairs down to the beach for sunset. The screened in porch was so nice for relaxing after a day at the beach and watching the storms roll in. Would absolutely stay again!

So happy you had a good time and the home was really clean. We do mention in the listing that there isn't a dishwasher in the home, but we do provide dish soap to clean dishes the old fashioned way for all guests. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay at Flip Flop Cottage. It was very clean, perfect for our family with kids age 4-12, walking distance to park and beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute 3-bedroom, 1-bath home. The location was fantastic—close to the beach, playgrounds, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area.The backyard was a wonderful space for the kids to run around and play, while the screened-in porch was the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. We also appreciated the shed stocked with beach supplies, which was such a thoughtful and convenient touch.The home is older, but it was clean, well cared for, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids especially loved the bunk room—it was definitely a highlight for them!Overall, this was a great place for our family, and we would happily stay here again.

Lovely place and location!

We loved the location and were very comfortable in the cottage. Great neighborhood for running and walks and so close to the beautiful beach and downtown area! We really enjoyed having so much to do so close by.

We had the best time in South Haven. This was my first time here. We stayed for a birthday weekend. The Flip Flop house was a very close walk to the South Beach. An 18 min walk from the night club we ended our last night. Which we all needed. The house was so clean, adorable decor, comfy beds, towels for all, and everything we needed. The AC was super efficient which we all appreciated. No fans needed. Since the weather wasn’t the best, we spent a lot of time on the screened in porch, which was perfect. Communicating was easy and quickly responded to. Thank you. Looking forward to another visit sometime.

My daughter and her family loved their stay. It was a great location for a family with young kids with terrific access to the park to beat all parks and the beach. The back porch and yard were perfect for getting together and everything you possibly could need was there. We were so comfortable and impressed!!!

We were very happy with our stay at Flip Flop Cottage! Great location to town and the beach. We were very impressed with all the attention to details, such as the well-equipped kitchen. We look forward to staying again some time.

My family and I had a great stay with at the Flip Flop Cottage. My boys (4 and 2) really loved all the books and games in the house, as well as the backyard games in the shed. The 5 minute walk to the playground/beach was so nice.

Great little cottage blocks from the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at flip flop cottage. It was very clean and had plenty of supplies to make our stay comfortable. We especially loved the big screened-in porch. My 4 year old enjoyed the games and books.
