Nestled on a sprawling 10-acre private lot, this enchanting retreat offers the perfect escape for families seeking unforgettable moments together. The abundance of amenities will keep everyone entertained and rejuvenated. We also have a NEW LISTING FOR SUMMER 2025! 6 bedroom Farmhouse on 8 acres with Entertainment Barn and Pool with Guest House! Full renovation in the works so no pictures yet but feel free to send an inquiry for details!

Our property is ideal for small family events, providing a delightful setting for 2-3 couples and their kiddos to create cherished memories. Please note that the pool is open from Mid May to Mid September, making summer getaways a delight.
For our winter renters, rest assured that we take care of the snow removal on the driveway to ensure easy access. However, we recommend an SUV to navigate any winter weather conditions.
Your safety is essential to us, which is why we have a RING camera to monitor external driveway activity only, ensuring your privacy while maintaining security.

It was absolutely amazing 👏

If you are looking for the ultimate family retreat house, then this is it. From the moment we arrived everything was well placed as described. The kids and everyone who visited us was blown away by the beauty of house, grounds and the many gathering places on the first floor. We're for sure returning this summer. Lastly Whitney is such a gracious and accommodating host. Thank you for making the weekend one for the memory books!

Great for children

We stayed for a weekend wedding. Wonderful place for all grand babies and their families to come together ! Plenty of room to spread out with big open kitchen. My daughter even gathered the eggs for breakfast. Host was very responsive to our questions and we really appreciated that!

Fabulous Stay

We spent a week here and everything was fabulous. The home is large and looks just as you see it on the website, which isn't always the case. The views from any window were incredible, so enjoyable to drink our morning tea and coffee while looking out. The pool was great, the kids were in it everyday. There was plenty for the kids to do, the trampoline, climbers and zip line were a big hit with the young ones. Collecting the eggs each day was great fun for the kids and we all enjoyed eating them for breakfast. Lots to do in the Rochester area, plenty of restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes of the house. The house has everything you could need if you choose to make your own meals. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to work with Whitney again for one of their other properties too. Whitney checked in with us regularly to offer options for what to do while the weather was rainy to ensure we had a great time, she was a pleasure to work with and truly cares about her guests experience.

Fall Family Getaway

Perfect place for our fall family getaway! Enjoyed the pool, catching frogs, and apple picking at nearby Wickham farms. The guys enjoyed golfing also nearby! You really have everything you need..even fresh eggs every day! The grandchildren really enjoyed gathering the eggs 😊 even baking apple pie. The hosts Brian and Whitney were very accommodating and accessible. Highly recommended this property.

Family Get-together

The Ultimate Family Retreat was perfect for our family. 10 adults and 7 grandkids age 4 to 6mos! Kids loved the pool, play area and firepit. Kitchen was wonderful and we all fit just fine! The Baniewicz family were awesome hosts!!

A great property for a large group

This property and home is very big with 6 truly usable bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, a large and well equipped kitchen, multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, a pool and hot tub, a park-like setting in the back yard. And the chickens that lay fresh eggs were a true highlight! We were in the area for our child’s college graduation and this house was perfectly suited for our large extended family. Communication with the host was efficient and very clear. Highly recommended!

So Much More Than You Think

This property is gorgeous! It was MORE than enough for my family for a weekend get together to celebrate my 30th birthday. I’m a local from Rochester and had no idea a place like this was so close. We could have just stayed on the property all weekend to celebrate. And when I left my glasses behind, Whitney was a more than gracious host and was able to get them back to me. We had two kids (9 and 11) who loved everything. I don’t even remember seeing them because of all the entertainment they had available to them. The adults were able to enjoy the paved track in the backyard in the morning and the back patio for coffee. Thank you Whitney for checking in throughout the stay and being such a gracious host! We loved it!

Great for a family gathering!

The large home had several bedrooms and gathering areas indoors and outdoors for our family gathering. The property owner was very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay there again when in the Rochester area. An outstanding property!

Big Family Reunion Dream Home!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! There was plenty to do in the house as well as around the area. Our group was on the large side with kids of all ages running around. The pool was the biggest attraction for them, but the basement was full of toys and games that they spent hours enjoying! The adults had a beautiful backyard and front yard to enjoy chatting and reconnecting. We made good use of the Pickleball equipment and had several (some still disputed) lively matches. Communication was easy, the kitchen was fully stocked and roomy. We had enough space during our joint family dinners to accommodate 17 adults and 30 kids (most of which did not actually spend the night at the rental with us). Fantastic time had by all!

Perfect Family Staycation

My husband and I live in Rochester, but my family lives in North Carolina. When they came to visit we needed a bigger place to stay so we could all be together and this was the perfect fit! Tons of room, a beautiful kitchen, and lots of space to run and play outside. Whitney was incredibly kind and responsive, and totally understood what it's like to have multiple small children (4 kids 3 and under) in one space. Couldn't recommend more!

Family Vacation

We had nine people staying at the property and friends and family visit us who live in the area. It was our daughter and her family’s first trip back north in four years and the Country House offered a lot of room, a large yard, a pool and plenty of space for all.

Large country house

The house was warm and cozy with a large kitchen for gathering. Easily fit our large family. Our stay was in March and it was snowing, so we did not use any of the outdoor amenities. We were visiting family in the area for the weekend.

great for big family

The house is amazing for a big family. Although the photos and details are accurate, they do not adequately describe how large and beautiful the property actually is. There are several main floor living spaces for groups of people to hang out, and 6 bedrooms if anyone wants privacy. The kitchen is spectacular. We stayed in the winter, so did not have a chance to enjoy the outside, but it looks fabulous. The owner/manager communicates promptly and could not be more helpful.

Wonderful country home with tons of fun for kids

We stayed at this property over Christmas with family ranging from age 9 to 83 and fun was had by all. Our host Whitney was wonderful to work with from reservation through check-out and even afterwards when we had to retrieve a lost item. The house is very spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated but also very kid-friendly with plenty of games for all. Outdoors there are many more amenities which would add to the fun if we had visited during the summer. We did enjoy sledding and building snowmen right on the front lawn!

Simply outstanding but felt it was toooo short.

We all had a great time, everything was as expected and shown on the website. House is like a mansion, everything was very tastefully done. Wish we had rented for a week. Getting free eggs from live chicken was a bonus and a very different experience. Couldn't use swimming pool as it was already closed but we thoroughly enjoyed it. Kids loved it, they got to play football, basketball, and got to sit in the Hot water tub.would highly recommend everyone.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This home is large and great for hosting and family get togethers. Its nice enough to feel like you are on vacation and staying at a nice resort but not so fancy you can't get comfy! The Chickens are fun. The home is truly in the country and in a very private setting but a 5 minute drive to all the basic retail stores and with in an hour of so many amazing attractions. 20 minutes to downtown Rochester, 35 minutes to Finger Lakes, 20 minutes to Lake Ontario. So much to do in the area and we are happy to share our ideas with you.
