This 3350 SQF home has 5 BDR/4 BTH with high ceilings. It's got a brand new heated pool (Mar 2021) as well as a game room.. It's the perfect home to kick your feet up and relax. The home also includes a work desk, laundry room, kitchen, living room, and a family room.
The home has wifi and a total of 7 smart TVs. One in each bedroom and in both living/family rooms. You will have to log into your own Netflix/Disney Plus accounts etc.

3 full bathrooms - including large jacuzzi with 2 head cushions in the master bathroom

There won't be any refunds/adjustments if any internet/power outages occur and likewise for any TV interruptions due to it being wifi-based.

BBQ GRILL IN BACKYARD
1) After using the grill, please make sure to keep it as clean just like you got it.
2) We keep the grill covered so it doesn't get dirty or rust. Please keep the cover on when not in use.
3) We do our best to leave enough propane by the grill. We will not be responsible if the propane level is low or empty. No refunds/adjustments will be made.

Please be sensitive and keep the air conditioner thermostat at a reasonable temperature just like you would in your own house.

DAMAGES
Please let us know as soon as something gets damaged so it can get taken care of accordingly.

Bachelorette weekend

David was great! Friendly with great communication. He gave us our privacy but was available if needed. The house was spacious and beautiful. Some slight renovations were needed, but all in all it was a great trip. Thank you David!!

Great vacation spot

This property was absolutely wonderful! It was as beautiful as the listing suggests. Open concept common space, 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms, a garage entertainment space, and heated pool. It was the perfect location for a weekend getaway with friends! David, the host, was wonderful. He made it easy to contact him, and the check-in process was seamless. The house was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was really cute and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice house. Nice pool.

House was nice. Pool was nice. Neighborhood was a little sketchy. Someone went into our car and took stuff out of the center console. Owner was great. Good communication. Pool is brand new. House could use a coat of paint and little bit of a better job cleaning wise but overall it was nice.

Amazing vacation getaway!

We had a great stay at the house. The communication was amazing. We had rented a different place where we were double booked and we lost our reservation the night before our vacation. David responded to our request immediately and even accommodated our early arrival. He gave us a list of eateries and places that are close by and answered all our questions immediately. The saltwater pool was nice and warm with enough towels. The lighting was great for night swimming. The beds were fantastic (better than the ones we have back home), It felt like memory foam or something... and the linens were nice and clean. The first few days of our stay was pouring rain and we had to stay in..... with such a beautiful and comfortable house, it was no punishment at all...

David! Is the greatest host ever! He goes above and beyond to assure your stay is the best my flight was cancelled due to weather he took time out his day to help me find a alternative flight as well as allowed my guest and myself to stay a extra day due to our late arrival home is great more then enough space! I will most certainly stay again communication is key and he was there every step of the way!

Amazing house, great location, a lot of fun!

The house was spotless and fresh. The pool is fun, heated with salt water system. Great location, near Hollywood Beach and shops. Communication with the host was the best. Our family created such great memories. Thank you!!

Perfect Home with all the Amenities

Our 10 day stay was peaceful and close to everything you need for an enjoyable extended stay. The home was clean and all of the amenities were new an well cared for. The property owner was very easy to work with and made our stay delightful.

BEST MIAMI VRBO

First of all, I booked this house on very short notice as I had an emergency. David immediately called me after the booking and explained how to get inside and what to do once I was there. The house was very easy to find and in a nice neighborhood, only a few minutes from the beach. Inside was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was sparkling clean and neatly laid out for us to use. There was a pool table and ping pong table for when it started randomly storming. All the beds were made with freshly washed linen and were extremely comfortable. Lastly, the lock on the door had a secure passcode that only our guests knew, preventing anyone else from entering. Overall this was the best Vrbo experience I’ve ever had. I’ve booked countless houses. Probably over 100 at this point and this one was the most exciting, clean and amazing experience. Thank you To David and his wife for the hospitality. 10/10 WILL BOOK AGAIN!
