Welcome to your ideal family getaway on Hilton Head Island!

As the new owners of this beautiful villa (as of December 2020), my wife Colleen and I ask that you please read the reviews from past guests. We know how important "star" ratings are (we look closely at them too when we travel!) but the lack luster reviews were a reflection of one unfortunate circumstance and one poor performance by the former management company. You'll fall in love with this vibrant 3BR, 2.5BA luxurious villa at 640 Queens Grant that is professionally decorated and accented with inviting, colorful coastal decor throughout. The villa offers a fully-remodeled kitchen (including a Kuerig and plenty of pods!), a spacious living area (with a comfy couch, large flat screen tv, games and more!) and plenty of ways to relax and unwind.

Outside, there is a large, private patio with a gas grill, an outdoor dining set and fast access to five community swimming pools (the nearest is a mere 30 seconds walk!), tennis and pickle ball courts (5 minute walk) and, of course, the beach (11 minute walk)! Snowbirds and long-term guests welcome!
