Reduced Rate for 2 Bedroom Condo w Ocean View at Luxury Resort in Nuevo Nayarit

Our two-bedroom condo is located on the grounds of Marival Distinct Luxury Residences and Spa, located in Nuevo Nayarit, just 15 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. The resort is one of the highest ranked properties in Nuevo Nayarit. The condo, which has a living space of 1675 square feet, is in the main building on the fifth floor which gives you a beautiful view of Banderas Bay. Renovated over the years to feel like a home away from home. The condo is fully equipped including televisions, microwave, stove, dishwasher, silverware and washer and dryer. Amenities include beach club, pools, hot tub, fitness centre, tennis court, restaurants, bar and spa. The rooftop restaurant Insu is ranked by Trip Advisor as the fourth best restaurant in Nuevo Vallarta, and Taormina is ranked as the fifth best restaurant. You can spend your days at the pool or at the beach, and enjoy full waiter service so you can sit back and enjoy your vacation. We own this unit. This is not a time-share so we have far more flexibility than those renting their time shares. The daily rate does not include the all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are paid directly to Marival Distinct. However, you do not have to do the all-inclusive plan and can pay the menu rates. The fees vary depending on the time of the year. Please note the cleaning fee of $25 is per night.
