Nice Affordable Place to Stay

Staff were kind and helpful, breakfast was great, the room was clean, and it was reasonably priced. It's location made it perfect for enjoying the amusement parks in the area because it is right in the middle of them all! Overall, we would stay here again.

Place was nice and front desk was great very helpful. Raul was the first one i met great customer service. I wasn't aware but also had a free breakfast. Breakfast was great as well. I'd come back to this location again and was just down the street to the event i was going to.

Change of location

Where we stayed was not the location we planned or booked. However it was an older hotel but we were assigned a suite which was our preference. We were kept informed of the change in location and it was a great location which allowed easy pick up via Uber/ Lyft plus close to Airport ( within 20 minutes). Nice walking area near the location. Everyone was very helpful and kind during our visit

AllStar Worlds

This was a fabulous location for ASW located at the convention center! We were able to walk to the venue with ease and arrive at the West entrance exactly where we needed to be! The room was slightly smaller than expected. The hallway was really warm this may have been because of being on the 1st floor. The room AC had to be turned super low to make it cool. The hotel was quiet & felt very safe. The staff that I encountered was very friendly & helpful!

The hotel said it was 10 minute walk from convention center. it was a lot farther. the property had been updated but the elevator was broken, shower didn't drain, and not a whole lot updated besides paint.

Pleasant Stay

My son and I stayed here while in town for a sports tournament at the convention center. The office staff was pleasant, the room was very clean and was cleaned daily, as well. The beds were comfortable. The pool was clean, too. The continental breakfast was simple--coffee/tea, bagels, cereal, some yogurt. A staff member was there to maintain it throughout the morning hours. The location was excellent--a minute from the convention center--no traffic worries to get to the tournament on time. It was also a convenient location to visit one of Orlando's many other tourist attractions from SeaWorld to Disney/Disney Springs to Universal/Universal City Walk and even to something like Top Golf. Although this is not a big resort, it was a clean and comfortable place to stay--especially when you are in and out on the go.

This is a Best Western, not a rental. Picture of pool on the posting, is not the pool at the hotel. Room was outdated. Shower had stain marks in it and bedding was worn. Vending machines had a small selection and no diet soda. Nothing in walking distance to get snacks.

I decided to take my son on a 6 day vacation to sea world and decided to stay at this property. My stay at this hotel was horrible, i was harassed and disrespected by two employees at this establishment in front of my 4 year old son and nothing was really done about it. My room was not clean, The pool looks nothing like the pictures ,and there were all types of lizards crawling all around, I would not recommend staying at this hotel!

Pretty good if you are visiting Disney parks

Ok so if you are a guy (no offense...especially husbands) make sure to put this address in the GPS to make sure it's near Universal if you are staying. Otherwise you will be driving 45 min to your destination 🤣🤣 (My husband made this mistake. ) If you are headed to Disney stuff...this IS THE PLACE TO BE!!!! It is spacious and pretty great for the price when you split it with fam. If you are headed to Universal parks, just know it takes about 45 min to ge there. LOL! Otherwise, pretty dang good for location to Disney and it was very clean! We didn't stay much so if things were outdated, we didn't know. We barely stayed other than to rest our heads after a long day (and long drive to and from Universal 🤣🤣) Don't get me wrong. I'm not mad about it. My husband is a goob and picked the first thing that popped up.🤣 The whole fam ragged him for it. (Still after 5 months) He's no longer allowed to make reservations. Again I give it 4 out of 5 stars all together. I can't blame them for my husband's mistake 🤣🤣

Perfect for park visits

Property was very conveniently located off I-4 and International Drive. Less than 5 minutes from Sea World ,15 minutes to Magic Kingdom, 10 minutes to Outlets. Restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff, property, clean and well maintained, rooms clean. Full breakfast: eggs were freshly made, not powdered, sausages, potatoes, pastries. Hot and cold cereal, fresh fruit, toast bagels and make your own Mickey waffles in large single or 4 small. Good coffee.
