Hungry for a delicious meal or thirsting for something cold and refreshing; just 1 mile away is the exceptional Floridays Woodfire Grill & Outdoor Bar / Compass Hotel complex, which may be the finest bayfront spot around. Need a break from the beach scene; the museums, art galleries and shops of Sarasota and Bradenton are short (10 – 20 minute) drives. Perico Island community HOA requires all renters to submit an application for residency. You will be required to complete the application at closing of rental agreement. You will also need to submit a check for $150 with your application to cover processing fees. We will be glad to assist you in this process.

Our home has a nice pond out back, just a block away you will find the much larger lagoons that offer panoramic vistas of Robinson Preserve’s lush wetlands. All of Perico Island's residents enjoy resort-style amenities. A community clubhouse, fitness center, heated pool and spa and tennis courts overlook one of the lagoons.
