“Sunrise Memories“ Beachfront Pool Paradise.

Welcome to Sunrise Memories.
This is a brand new house, finished in October 2020. The house is located right across form the beach. It is available for rent for short term or long term vacation, with a minimum of 28 nights.
It has 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms.
From the minute you drive up to this house, you will be amaze by its modern and beautiful details. It has a big driveway that could accommodate up to six cars, RV, boat, or motorcycles.
Take a few steps up and you are in Paradise.
The pool is in front of the house, so you could enjoy the views from the ocean while you are relaxing.
Once you enter the house you will be wow with the open concept and ocean views  everywhere in the house.
The main level has a foyer with a beautiful stainless steel and glass staircase. It also has a living room with a modern fire place, 82” TV and a bar. There is a leather sofa and love seat with electric recliners so you could put your feet up and relax.
The formal dining room could sit up to 10 persons comfortably.
From the kitchen you could enjoy the views while you prepare your favorite dish or your cup of coffee. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is a big pantry to store all your goodies. The laundry is located next to the kitchen with huge washer and dryer, sink and a second fridge with ice maker.
There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor. One with a king bed  and a bathroom inside.
The second bedroom has a king size bunkbed with its own bathroom too.
There is a huge closet in the hallway with beach towels and plenty of blankets for those cold nights. The half bath has access to the pool area and outdoor shower.
Once you go up to the 2nd floor you will be able to see the Ocean through all the big windows. You could also see the open area bellow.
The 3rd  bedroom Is to the left of the hallway with a king bed and it's own bathroom.
Finally you go at the end of the hallway and you will say Wow!!!!! with the beautiful master bedroom.
The views from the master bedroom are amazing!!
Huge windows in front of the bed overlooking the Ocean. Big glass sliding doors that leads you to your private terrace with views to the pool, ocean and A1A.
You could enjoy your coffee watching the beautiful sunrise or your favorite drink watching the sunset every day.
The master bathroom looks like a Spa. There is a hot tub with ocean views. A big two persons shower with glass enclosures. Double sink vanities with a bench for the lady to do her make up. And yes, you have Ocean views everywhere in the bathroom.
You will love this house for your vacation. Plenty of room for friends and family. So much fun with the beach and the pool. Go to your favorite restaurant or choose from all the events in Ormond, Daytona and  Flagler Beach. You will not want to leave this piece of Paradise. But if you have to, you will want to be back for more “Sunrise” Memories.
