Southern Utah lIving at its finest! Whether you are looking a relaxing vacation or a beautiful location to work remotely our place has it all! Our location can't be beat with excellent proximity to Zion's National Park, minutes to Sand Hollow, golf courses, lakes, ATV trails, biking, hiking, and more. Luxurious comfy king size beds and plenty of room and activities for the kids including a home arcade consol, ping pong table, and pickleball paddles for the new pickleball court in our community. Our home is fully stocked with everything you need to cook an amazing meal for your family. Mesh wifi covers the entire unit if you want to work remotely on our huge deck or just have a bunch of teenagers on the network. Start the day with a workout in the impressive exercise room and later host a gathering or bbq in the indoor or outdoor kitchen at the clubhouse. The options for fun in the sun are endless with crystal blue pools, fire pits, splash pad, lazy river and spa.

This was definitely the best Property that we have stayed at. It fit our needs perfectly, we felt right at home, The amenities were very nice. Loved the pool. The only problem was that we didn't have the time to enjoy everything! Thank you Phil.

What a great house! Proximity to Zion was awesome. The house was fully stocked with all the linens and towels. There were even beach towels for the pool. The cherry on top was the cooler for all the beverages.

Great family getaway

Our family of 13 people gathered from all over the country to stay in this place, and it did not disappoint. We loved the convenience to Zion and shopping, exploring the state park and other cool hikes in St. George as well. We had a great experience. The pool was a kid favorite.

The house was nice and spacious and the pool was close by. The kids (and adults) liked the games inside the house. Only 30 min from Zion. Great place!

Great home for a large family

This is a beautiful home with all of the amenities. We could spread out, everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom with all the comforts. The kitchen was well equipped in a nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again!

Family Vacation

The house was amazing! There was so much room and it was easily accessible to Zion. It was very well stocked with everything we needed for the week. It was awesome to be down the street from the clubhouse. The pool was a wonderful way to relax and cool off after a day of hiking.

Great townhome for group vacation

Great retreat

Overall great house. The only disappointing part was both propane tanks being empty for the fire pit. Family was looking forward to hanging out on the patio around the fire.

Great stay!

Perfect for 2 families of 11 who visited Zion and St. George. The house was big enough for all of us with the amenities we needed. We didn’t think we would use the pool, but loved it (it was warm enough, even for a cool October) and the area in general. Everything was clean and well maintained. Thank you!

great place

this was a beautiful spacious townhome. The pool area was crowded on the super hot days we were there but very well equipped. This home is so well stocked. Owner is easy to work with and reasonable. No complaints. Loved the big TV and also the table version of shuffleboard

Boys Golf Trip

This property was exactly what we needed, and more. We were here for a golf trip and we were centrally located to all courses. Everything was within 30 mins. The ping pong table was a huge hit with our group. The outdoor grill woth a view kept us fed. Overall, 10/10 experience.

Wonderful Stay!

This property was perfect for our large, active group! We had varying ages, and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and stay busy when we weren't hiking. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for a big group. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and even laundry detergent. We loved the outdoor space with firepit and ping pong table, as well as the amazing community pool, basketball, and pickleball courts. Phil was very quick to respond to my questions during booking and before check-in. We loved our stay!

Outstanding property

We absolutely loved this place. Is exceedingly well appointed, laid out in a way for families to be together and also have plenty of private spaces, and quick access to the pool and clubhouse. Check in was simple and easy, and Hurricane was perfect for us - amenities close by in terms of restaurants and groceries, and also a restively short drive to all things Zion. Property was spotless, beds/sheets/linens were all top notch, kitchen had everything you’d need, and appreciated slight cover for upper porch with the heat and sunshine. Could not recommend more highly. 👍👍

So nice

After an unexpected blizzard (complete with fender bender) on our drive, this house was like a warm hug. It was way more than we needed for the four of us, but with a great kitchen, comfortable beds- I think my son tried them all, all the fun games, and the fantastic (and warm) pool, it was worth the splurge. Perfectly clean. Would benefit from someone going through board games because crucial pieces are missing in a couple.

Needs Help with Cleaning!!

Most all rooms had dirty sheets! Showers were not clean with fake eye lashes and hair all over!! House needs a good deep clean. Carpets were gross. Smelled musty, dinged and dirty baseboards and walls, all remotes did not work. Needs some improvement asap.

We wish you had reached out during your stay so we could’ve swooped in with fresh sheets, working remotes, and a cleaning crew faster than you could say “fake eyelashes.” Our team works hard to maintain a clean and comfortable home, and your experience isn’t typical of what guests have always reported. Of course, after nearly 8 years of welcoming families, the home has some lived-in character—but most guests find the value, space, and amenities well worth it compared to the price of a cramped hotel room. Summer Vacation 2023

Beautiful, clean house. All appliances were working great. The grill was not clean and we ended up not using it. Kids enjoyed using the pool and the lazy river so much after exploring Zion National Park at day time. The patio area is very nice to chill at night. We didn’t need to contact the property manager for anything. All bathrooms had Costco size shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was nice to see rather than the small travel size. (We had taken our own anyways). Overall a very nice experience.

We love coming to the St George area with our families. The weather is amazing and the amount of beautiful places to explore is unmatched. This place has it all.... hiking, mountain biking, lovely evening walks or just hanging out by the pool.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

he American Southwest has some of the greatest natural red rock features in the world. This townhouse is in a fantastic location to reach all of them. If you're planning a trip to Zion National Park you'll be within 25 minutes from the entrance. If you want to see Bryce Canyon National Park or even the Grand Canyon you're also within proximity to those attractions. The location of this property makes a great center point for your vacation.

This 5 bedroom townhouse has beds for up to 15 people. The main floor has a master bedroom (king sized bed) with an attached bathroom, a large living area, dining area, full-sized kitchen, guest bathroom, laundry room, and a bunk room with a custom built sliding barn door and arcade.

The upstairs has a 2nd master bedroom (king sized bed) with an attached bathroom and private balcony, a huge bonus living area, additional bedroom (queen sized bed) and another bunk room (this one has 6 bunks plus a trundle bed), and a jack & jill bathroom.

We've equipped the townhouse with 5 brand new 4K Ultra HD TVs. Both the upstairs and downstairs living areas have a wall mounted 70” TV, and we've mounted a 50” inch in each master and queen bedroom.

We have games, videos, and books for kids of all ages and we have a high chair and a pack n play for your use. We are just just a few hundred yards from the clubhouse with the pool, lazy river, splash pad and hot tub.

One of the best and unique features of this property is the huge deck space over the garage. It sits under a shady pergola that keeps the heat down in the summer months. There is an outdoor foosball table, outdoor bean bag chairs, and an outdoor sofa so you can relax outside in the open air.
