The Space:

The beach is just across the street. Step out the front door of 12 Ocean Gate and you're moments from one of the quietest stretches of sand on Hilton Head Island - soft white shores where mornings begin with sea air and the sound of gentle waves, and evenings can end with stargazing and a midnight stroll. Whether you're here for a long weekend or an extended stay, this two-bedroom villa gives a group of six everything needed to settle in and exhale.

 

The space

The living area is spacious and set up for easy togethering - spread out for a movie night, deal cards for a game night, or simply sink into the couch after a full day outdoors. The dedicated workspace and strong Wi-Fi make the property just as practical for those mixing remote work with island time as it is for families on pure vacation mode.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook from scratch or throw together a quick meal between beach runs. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the basics - pots, pans, dishes, and silverware - are ready to go. The dining table is the natural gathering spot for planning the day's adventures over breakfast or winding down over a late dinner.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Bedroom 1 holds a king bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The common area offers a sofa bed, bringing total capacity to six guests comfortably. Washer and dryer, bed linens, towels, hangers, and an iron are all on hand.

 

Outdoors

A pool is available for guests, along with a patio or balcony and a BBQ grill - ideal for afternoons that don't call for the beach. The island itself fills in the rest: miles of biking and walking trails, tennis, boutique shopping, and that long, quiet shoreline right at your doorstep.

 

Good to know

Self check-in is available via smart lock. Long-term stays (28 days or more) are welcome. Air conditioning and heating keep the villa comfortable year-round. Private entrance, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher are all in place.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
