The Van den Tweel supermarket is 5.4 kilometers away, Te Amo Beach and Donkey Beach are 2.4 kilometers away, restaurant Foodies at Lac Bay is 6.4 kilometers away and dive center Dive Friends Delfins is 2.6 kilometers away. Outside, you have private access to a regular outdoor pool, surrounded by a private garden, a covered veranda, a terrace and a comfortable pool deck.

Guest Access:

As a guest of SPV Kas Hoi you have access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, the bathroom, the open kitchen, the living room and all outdoor spaces such as the covered veranda, terrace, private garden and pool deck with private pool. The on-site parking space and the washing machine are also for your exclusive use. To warmly welcome our guests and explain the accommodation and our beautiful island, we personally handle all arrivals. The Sunwise hosts for the property will arrange your check-in time with you.

The Neighborhood:

Sabalpalm Villas is a quiet residential area in the southern part of Bonaire, just a short drive from the popular south coast beaches and dive and snorkel sites. The neighborhood mainly consists of detached homes with lots of greenery and spacious gardens, so you can enjoy a peaceful stay. At the same time, you can drive in minutes to the coastal road along Te Amo and Donkey Beach and further on towards the salt pans and Lac Bay, making it easy to reach many of the island’s highlights.

Getting Around:

SPV Kas Hoi in Sabalpalm Villas is best enjoyed with a rental car, as Bonaire has so much more to offer than just the immediate surroundings. With your own vehicle you can explore at your own pace, from remote snorkeling spots and the rugged southern coast to cozy local restaurants. We recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere you want. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park a pickup truck or SUV is recommended. There is no public transport and taxis are limited, especially on busy cruise days.

Other Things to Note:

Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 10AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible on request, depending on other bookings. Smoking and pets are not allowed in our accommodations, and we kindly ask you to keep noise levels down in the evening for the neighbors. Enjoy your stay at SPV Kas Hoi!

We kindly request, if we have not already done so, to coordinate with us what time you want to check out (*). We have a few friendly departure tips and requests for you: - Double check for any personal items that you may have overlooked. - Please make sure that all windows and doors are shut. - Do not worry about making the beds. Our cleaning crew will complete this task for you. - Please strip the sheets of the beds, if possible. - Please wash the dishes. - Please empty the fridge and collect all trash. (*) If we expect direct-following guests, then your check-out time will have to be no later than 10am, as agreed upon. If we don't have guests immediately after you, then we probably can make other arrangements, but please coordinate this with us! Please keep in mind that all our accommodations are private residences. Unlike traditional hotels, we do not have a central lobby or a front desk with on-site storage facilities. To ensure every home is in pristine condition for the next arrival, our professional cleaning teams begin the turnover process promptly after guest departures and continue right up until new arrivals. For this reason, we are unable to store luggage inside the properties before check-in or after check-out. If your flight departs significantly later than your check-out time, we want you to make the most of your final day on the island! We highly recommend purchasing a day pass at one of the larger local resorts. This is a great way to enjoy pool and beach amenities while keeping your luggage securely stored at their facilities until you head to the airport. We are here to help make your transition as smooth as possible.
