Discover Kas Pitava, your charming island escape in Kralendijk. A stylish and cozy 2-bedroom apartment in the peaceful neighborhood of Playa Pariba. Perfect for families, couples, friends, digital nomads, or solo travelers (up to 4 guests). Our home combines a cozy atmosphere with modern comforts to make your stay unforgettable.
The Space:
• 2 bedrooms: 1 king-size bed (white) + 1 full-size bed.
• 1 bathroom with hot water and essentials.
• Bright living room and fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes & utensils).
• Air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room.
• Washing machine for longer stays.
• Smart TV with free Netflix.
• Balcony with seating, perfect for morning coffee or a quiet reading moment.
• Terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs. Perfect for enjoying meals or watching the sunset with a glass of wine. From the 3rd-floor terrace, you can admire lagoon views, occasionally spot flamingos during the season, and even watch cruise ships arriving and departing in the distance.
• Guests have access to a pool shared with one other apartment. Its size is 2.5m x 5m with a depth of 1.4m. The pool is fully operational and available to enjoy. Please note: some finishing touches are still being completed on the surrounding areas, but this does not affect its use. Thank you for your understanding as we continue improving your experience!

Playa Pariba is one of the most peaceful and convenient areas in Bonaire. I love the quiet atmosphere, friendly neighbors, and how close it is to everything, just a few minutes from downtown, beaches, shops, and restaurants, yet far enough to enjoy calm and privacy. From the terrace, you can even see a lagoon, and during certain seasons, flamingos or cruise ships passing in the distance. It’s a special place that combines comfort with connection to nature.
