Very nice condo, right on the beach.

We went off season and had a quiet week on the beach. The condo is comfortable and you can’t beat the location.

Great rental

Rental was very clean, and pleasant to stay in. Only issue was the pull out bed in the den was slightly broken. Even with that minor issue, we would absolutely stay there again!

Great place, cleaning service not so great

The unit was amazing, the furniture was great, and we really enjoyed it. WiFi did not work very well, continually loading screens. I wish one of the bathrooms had a tub but we made it work for our daughter. The cleaning service provided by vacasa was not great. The floors were dirty, there was food under furniture. Our feet and our 1 year olds hands/knees were filthy from walking/crawling around the unit. There was hair on the sheets making me believe that they were not cleaned, but we had brought our own. When communicating with vacasa about the cleanliness they said I would be contacted by a site supervisor but was never contacted and it was never addressed or fixed.

Needs a few fixes but very good

This is a typical Sea Colony condo, well equipped and for the most part clean. We found the sliding glass door close to impossible to move, which created some stress. Closet door in master bedroom not closed correctly, closet door in guest bedroom missing. Coffee pot had not been cleaned for a long, long time and required quite a lot of effort to make it usable. Sand found in bottom of guest bathroom. Otherwise, very clean and nice!

Fabulous Condo

This condo had everything one ever wanted or needed on vacation. Some many towels, kitchen ware, drink glasses, plates, etc. The appointments were gorgeous and it was so neat and clean. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Spacious all the way around. Balcony furniture just perfect and the view...WOW!!!

We loved the view from the condo. This condo is for anyone who loves the beach. It is next to Edgewater where the indoor pool is located making it a short walk. The beds were comfortable. The walk in showers were great, the one in the master has safety bars. We also loved the bedroom with the pullout sofa and used it to watch TV. Kitchen backsplash needs to be washed down as well as the cabinets. The oven needs cleaned, the broiler pan is greasy and sticky...disgusting. There were plenty of dinnerware, silverware and pots and pans were in great condition. It is hard to keep things nice as many tenants don't take care of them. The rugs in the entrance need replaced. The condo needs a thorough cleaning as there were dust balls under the sofa and the baseboards in master bedroom need cleaned. I only note these issues as the owner should know. All in all this is a very nice condo and we would gladly return with our grandchildren in the summer.
