Notre condo plus à jour. Appareils en acier inoxydable, toutes les nouvelles armoires et les comptoirs. tous les nouveaux luminaires Allez vers le bas et voir.
Tous les Snowbirds sont les bienvenus, en particulier en provenance du Canada ... s'il vous plaît aux autres Canadiens ici pour l'hiver. Fontaine du Soleil, plus de 55 ans avec une communauté fermé et gardé 24 heures d'accès.

Resort Living à son meilleur dans ce condo 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain qui a une terrasse qui surplombe la piscine communautaire chauffée et un spa. Très propre barbecue à gaz. Lush zone herbeuse vert, avec de nombreuses activités pour vous tenir occupé dans cette communauté populaire senior.

Very nice place to stay

This was a very nice place to stay. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and well taken care of. The community was beautiful and loved the landscapes.

Very nice unit with great amenities

Unit was perfect for our two week stay in late November, early December. Joe & Karen were wonderful hosts and responded quickly to all of our inquiries. All of the amenities are top notch.

Thanksgiving with family

Two couples shared the condo to join family for Thanksgiving. The condo was clean, very well stocked, beds were comfortable and it was a relaxing stay. They had everything I needed to cook, bake and I love to host! A very well equipped kitchen. The pool and jacuzzi are practically outside the back door. I would stay again and recommend!

Great Location in a Quiet Neighborhood

I enjoyed my stay here. The condo is in a gated community and was clean and well stocked. Conveniently located to stores, golf courses, restaurants and nearby highways. The owners Joe & Karen were wondeful hosts. They returned my texts and phone calls in a timely fashion. Access was keyed entry. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend their condo.

Perfect

The unit was perfect for our stay at Christmas. Neighborhood was quite. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We picked from the citrus trees around the complex the pink grapefruits were amazing. Would not hesitate staying here again.

Lovely Home away from Home

Owner very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Really loved the condo. Beautifully laid out and on a quiet street. Very safe and secure. Well-appointed kitchen, master bedroom with ensuite was large and comfortable. Bamboo sheets (??) were deliciously soft. Private yard looking onto pool and the occasional rabbit and hummingbird. Will stay here again next year!!

Condo Exceeded my Expectations.

My sister and I spent a week at this condo and it exceeded our expectations. The listing description and photos accurately portrayed the property, but it was even nicer seeing it "in person". It would be the perfect place to spend a few months. The condo was very clean, spacious, nicely furnished, with lots of storage space. The beds were comfortable and the laundry room conveniently located off the master bedroom. We stayed at this condo in mid-May and we virtually had the pool to ourselves as well as the patio area and backyard...super! The patio has comfy furniture and a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Although not within walking distance, several restaurants, shops and the mall are nearby. Joe, the owner, was helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe "home-away-from-home".

Needs attention to details

First, it's important to say how relaxing our stay was and how comfortable and quiet the condo was (except for those darned doves). That said . . . 1. While we especially enjoyed the proximity to the pool, our timing was bad -- the pool guy had just been replaced and the new one hadn't started yet, so the pool and its deck and furniture needed cleaning. Also, there never was anyone available to remove the nighly covering of the pool. Glad my husband is strong. Not the owner's fault but a disappointment nonetheless as part of the reason for choosing this property was being steps from the pool. 2. The presence of so many birds caused the pool deck and furniture to be dirtied and unappealing because of bird and rabbit poop. Besides that, the birds were especially loud while we never heard a peep from the bunnies. 2. There was no way in which to check-in to our flight. We had to find a pack 'n ship store in order to print our boarding passes; the office for the communities claimed not to have wi-fi. They weren't at all helpful. 3. The condo was nicely decorated but lacked those "little touches", like games or even a deck of cards; books or magazines; dvd's. Channels listed as being availble on the tv were not available after all. 4. Amazingly the kitchen lacked a pizza cutter but otherwise had the basics and plenty of nice flatware and dishes. 5. I would've appreciated a bar of soap in the showers although I liked the presence of liquid handsoap in the baths and kitchen. 6. The toilet paper and kleenex were cheap and rough, definitely not in keeping with the classy presentation of the condo in general. . 7. Unable to access the owners through VRBO to ask questions. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Fountain of the sun

The owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful when needed. Everything in the home was as is the way is was depicted on the VRBO site pictures; amenities; car port. Since the community is gated it was easy to get a temporary pass for the days that we stayed. The area is full of friendly people all who love to golf and or indulge in the variety of sports available to play at their club house. Which is kept neat and tidy. Thanks so much for the great stay!

Great place and location

Everything was clean and organized. Everything you might need was available, including washer and dryer. If we should return to Mesa/Phoenix this is the place we would want to return to.

Everything was as expected. Neighbors friendly. Peaceful. Great location for shopping and dining. Quick access to freeway for longer excursions. We loved our month in the Mesa area. Lots of fun things to do.

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PROPERTY! THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT AND LOVED HAVING THE POOL AND HOT TUB RIGHT OUT YOUR BACK DOOR! THE CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN AND LOVED THE AMMENITIES! ONLY HAD A FEW THINGS WITH MINOR REPAIRS THAT THE OWNER WAS RIGHT ON TO GET FIXED! THE ONLY REAL COMPLAINT WAS WATER NOT GETTING H0T AT THE KITCHEN SINK, IT WOULD TAKE AWHILE TO WARM UP! LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT! WOULD DEFINIETLY STAY THERE AGAIN!

Wonderful golfing stay

My 15 year old son loves golf and had tournaments in Phoenix. Mr Szabo's property was the perfect place to stay. I ran into a little challenge because of COVID, nobody was available at the office; but Mr Szabo was readily available and very helpful. Everybody at the property was super friendly and the neighbors were as well. The property was clean and had every amenity possible at our disposal. We spent a comfortable 10 days there and felt very much at home. Recommend it highly.

Great accommodations. Pool was right out the back door. Full kitchen washer dryer fast WiFi. Very responsive. AC went out , I called at 6:00pm by 9:30Pm repair man had come and fully repaired.

I worked at United Airlines as a Service Director retired after 37 years, and Karen retired after 30 years being a Self Employed Nurse Practitioner.

we loved the location. Everyone is very friendly and it is a very active senior community From Shuffleboard to golf this place has it all. Pickleball is the latest craze and FOTS has courts. We love this community so much, this is why he have two other properties here . Be sure to look them up #693049
