Recently purchased and upgraded 2 bedroom, 2 full bath + large loft condo with a deck in Silverthorne that sleeps 8, located up a mountain rd to provide breathtaking views of the ski mtns and Lake Dillon.This top floor, corner unit condo is set apart from the rest with sweeping mountain views, dedicated wifi line, large loft, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, 2 skylights that let tons of sunshine in, cozy private bedrooms & tons of amenities.Central access to 5 ski mountains, trails, and Lake Dillon.

This 1000+ sq ft condo with 3 free parking spots is perfectly located in Silverthorne with close access and a short drive to 5 ski destinations - from Keystone, to A-basin, to Breckenridge, to Vail and Beavercreek, as well as Lake Dillon. It is less than a 10 minute drive to outlet shops, major chain stores, grocery stores, local restaurants, and gear rental shops.
The condo has its own community center, featuring a pool, hot tub, and game room. (Sorry - currently not available due to Covid restrictions).
Within the condo, there are several amazing amenities to help make your stay the most relaxing and fun! Tennis rackets for the tennis courts, sleds for the local hills, 2 pair of snowshoes for a different snow activity, books, dozens of DVDs to watch, board and puzzle games for kids, fully stocked kitchen with seating for 6 and an expandable table, gas fireplace, deck with table and seating for 3, a unit-dedicated and upgraded wifi line, premium cable access with a flat screen TV and sound bar. The condo also has access to common area washer and dryers within the building located on the first floor (coin operated). For those with little ones, there are also several items provided so as to not have to pack them - highchair, pack and play and more. Ask host for more particulars.
The bedrooms have ample space to move around, black out blinds and curtains for night, noise machine, mountain views during the day, fans, and a humidifier. The master bedroom has its own flat screen TV and cable box, for falling asleep to a favorite show or just having some alone time. The master bedroom also has private access to a bathroom.
The loft features 2 sets of bunk beds - 1 together and 1 separated. There is ample space to spread out to play the many games, puzzles, or read books provided.
This is a perfect space for a couple of families, a few groups of friends, or couples looking for a bit more room to spread out. Enjoy a true home away from home!
Things to note:
This space is a top, 3rd floor unit which is approximately at 9000' in elevation. There is no elevator, only 3 flights of stairs (located outside, but covered) to gain access to the space. If you have any challenges with altitude, the stairs could be more of a challenge.
The loft is located above the kitchen overlooking the living room. Since there are no doorways or walls separating the loft from the living space, you can still keep an eye and ear out on children playing while the adults are relaxing in the living room. Given the stairs to the loft are more narrow and steep, we recommend that children remain supervised.
As with most places in the mountains, there is no a/c in the unit, but 2 windows and a large sliding door to the deck and fans, allow for great cross ventilation and cooler temps. In the summer, highs normally stay in high 70s to low 80s and cool down greatly at night.
Note that the washer and dryer are coin operated, as well as some of the arcade games. Make sure to bring quarters in advance, as well as any laundry detergent if needed.
Sorry, no dogs allowed for guests, per HOA limitations.
