This newly remodeled end unit can comfortably hold four adults. We purchased this unit for vacation rentals based on its excellent location. Central to most of Branson's most popular attractions. Yet, it offers a quiet retreat for a relaxing evening after a busy day of exploring.

Save money on your vacation by visiting the nearby grocery store and using our fully equipped kitchen and new appliances. Create a home-cooked meal while still participating with your family, thanks to our open-concept layout. Enjoy your meal at the dining room table, or take it outside to the patio table. Enjoy the crisp Ozark Mountain mornings in this peaceful outdoor setting as well with a cup of complimentary coffee from the kitchen.

After a long day exploring Branson, kick up your feet and watch one of your favorite shows on the flat-screen television from the comfortable queen-sized bed in the Bedroom or from the fold-out couch in the living room. You will also find directions to access our free wireless internet to discover other fun-filled adventures awaiting you in the Branson area.

Getting cleaned up has never been so easy with our large shower, plush towels, and washcloths. We also include a fold-out sofa bed that can be used to accommodate two more guests. Our washer and dryer is an added convenience for the active family.

Great location to the FC marina. Clean, dusty, but overall clean. Full size W/D! Beach towels, easy check in (we had a hiccup, they handled immediately), lights on - we arrived at night...nice!, ice in the freezer, air on. Bed was very comfortable. Condo is on Lake Tanecomo, great view. Fairly clean, I did throw those bath mats in the wash when I left - so will be better for the next person, they were nasty.Why we won't stay here again: Marina slip not included. Very dusty inside and the deck had not been swept for a while and was covered cobwebs and spiders. Pools are almost a mile away - can't walk it, must drive it. And to get to the inside pool, you have to go to the front desk at the community center and be let in like the poor relation. Inside pool is so cold you can't swim in it, like take your breath away cold. At the condo, light on the porch so bright you cannot sleep (bedroom window is right there) we covered with two blankets and clothespinned it. No rules about quiet after 10...11, 12. We were there to fish- literally on the lake and the people above us were moving furniture at 3 am.

We are not sure why this renter was surprised that a boat slip was not included. Our condo doesn't even have a slip and our description is detailed. Why would we have one? The pool is at the entrance to our subdivision, not even close to a mile. Most of our guests walk there. Not sure what they mean about "quiet after". Did the guest expect us to shush everyone? Doubtful that anyone was moving furniture at 3am, our neighbor is a retired great grandmother. As for the outside light being bright, turn it off. There is a labeled switch as you enter. Flip the switch.

needed some time by myself for a relaxing and quiet quick getaway weekend. This place was the perfect fit. view of the water right off the deck...quiet, peaceful. property was nice and clean - they even had chocolate chip cookies waiting for me at arrival. i will definately be back!!!

Conviently located on the river & just minutes away from Downtown Branson. Loved watching the sunrises from the covered porch! Comfortable accommodations & tastefully decorated. Great communication with host & we appreciated the extra special touch of leaving cookies for us upon arrival. Only suggestion would be to upgrade mattress in bedroom. Would recommend to others visiting the area.

Second Time Staying at This Condo

We were impressed with this property and it's location to the Marina. Condo was roomy/clean, bed was comortabe, bathroom was a nice size, and had great view of Lake Taneycomo. Only issues were light over the sink, light under microwave above range, and outside light at entry did not work. Other than that - we plan on being back again next year.

Great Spot

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was just right for us. Loved being right on lake Taneycomo and looking from the back deck out onto the lake was lovely! We also walked down to the marina and fished on the docks (free for guests). At the same time we were just a short drive from Branson attractions. The condo was well suited for the 2 of us. My only small complaint is if we were very quiet we could slightly hear the TV or noise in the condo next us. Nothing the owner can do about that and it wasn’t a big deal, just something we noticed. We also loved having access to the building with the game room, pool, and mini golf course. I would stay here again!

Summer vacation

Great place to stay! Close to everything but quiet location. The views are wonderful. Don't stay here if you plan on bank fishing or swimming. There's no access to the water from this condo but it's super close to the marina. The water is FREEZING cold, so no swimming. We had a great time and this condo served its purpose. We walked into fresh baked cookies and loved that. The only negative is that it's very small and the shower curtain was kinda gross and needed cleaned. Everything else was great. We also loved the sound machine in the bedroom. Perfect for sleeping and the beds were super comfortable!

Peaceful stay, away from the crowds.

We stayed over the Fourth of July and were amazed that most of the time we were able to avoid the high holiday traffic due to the location of this condo. We received a map when we picked up our show tickets from Bigfoot fun park (be prepared for high pressure to go to a timeshare presentation, though). The map gave us backroads to get to various places. This condo is far enough away from the busy green route to allow you to avoid this crazy traffic. The view from the back deck was so peaceful- the pictures do not do it justice. We rented a boat from the marina and enjoyed a peaceful morning on the water. It is such an interesting thing that while it was over 90 degrees on land, it was cool on the water- seriously! We didn’t fish, but heard it’s really good trout fishing down there! The condo itself was a good size for my husband and me. The bed was comfortable and a fan was provided which was wonderful to have for those of us who run hot at night. While this is something the host can not control, this is something some guests might want to be warned about: we could hear the people upstairs morning and evenings rolling around (not sure what was going on). We weren’t there in the afternoons, but I’d guess the noise could be heard then too. It wasn’t too bothersome to us because we were hardly at the condo, but for those looking for quiet, this might bother you. We had a lovely stay and would certainly love to stay here again when we come back.

in easy,sent text as requested once arrived-mentioned closet door off its track, patio screen was coming off frame. 1st response was “who are u & where are u?also let him know there was a dirty wet kitchen sponge left behind, no extra tp. The only roll provided was @ 1/4 full. He asked if we’d checked under sink 4 sponge & in bathroom 4 Tp-of course we had we wouldn’t have reached out if we hadn’t already looked. He asked 4 pix of dirty sponge which we’d thrown away.response unacceptable. “I would normally suggest using dishsoap to clean sponge or put in microwave. We also have dishtowels/paper towels for your use.” Seriously? there were dishTOWELS no dishcloths & paper towels aren’t a substitute for washing dishes.Response was both insulting & unprofessional. we’ve stayed in plenty of timeshares/vac rentals, we know what a well stocked well maintained property should look like. This 1 didn’t come close to meeting basic expectations. don’t know how it got 5 star reviews! next morning, 2 rolls of tp & new sponge were left at our door. unfortunately, lack of attention 2 detail by housekeeping made us ? how thoroughly condo had been cleaned. patio was covered in cobwebs so never used it. condo sleeps 4 not enough silverware for 4, cooking utensils cheap/needs replacing, no dishcloths,3 dishwasher pods 4-6 nights,1 set/towels meaning you’d have to do laundry every couple of days if 4 stayed. Shower curtain lacked liner,walls thin clearly hear perm neighbors!stay fell short!

Do NOT rent to this couple. The definition of Karens. Did not follow instruction to send us the address and their names when checking in. Sent a generic message with no info on a day we had 7 check-ins. In the evening, immediately complained that a popcorn kernel was on a sponge. Told them we would bring a replacement in the morning. (Apparently, it was life or death to have a dish sponge immediately and they wouldn’t let it go until morning) Just one thing after another. We are adults and would never use “4” instead of four, “u” instead of you, or “2” for to. (We aren’t middle schoolers or Prince) Every message ended in exclamation points like they were screaming. Communication with them was a challenge. Just read the review again, keeping in mind that these are adults communicating, and you will understand what we were dealing with. We can’t even imagine interacting with them daily. Read our hundreds of other reviews for our condos. We have over 1,080 positive reviews for our condos in this subdivision. Guest immediately before, and after left 5 star reviews and one already booked for next July. Trust us, it’s not worth the bother to host this couple. This was the 1st time in 9 years that we left a negative review for guests. We usually get a different class of guest that are polite and sociable. They took advantage of a special discount we offered and we learned our lesson. Seriously, pass on their reservation requests.

You may have seen me on The Vacation Channel, hosting Kids Connection TV, heard me on Branson Talk interviewing hundreds of Branson entertainers and public figures, as the face of All Things Branson online, or performing on The Showboat Branson Belle for the last 12 years. For years, my family has hosted television shows highlighting all that Branson has to offer. We have reviewed hundreds of local shows, restaurants, attractions, and stores. We know what visitors like. Predictably, we are often asked about lodging recommendations. We finally decided to enter the vacation rental market, to provide the best possible experience for our fans and followers.

As seasoned travelers, we know how important safe, clean, and comfortable accommodations are to the perfect vacation. We decided to offer the type of vacation rentals we look for when traveling. We do NOT offer low end lodging. We want to help create the perfect vacation for your family so we can work together year after year. We are looking to develop long term relationships and to be known for our attention to detail and creating vacations worth repeating.
