Our condo is located in the famous Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins Beach State Park area, a private, quiet, gated community with 24-hour security.

Enjoy a FREE 2-person Kayak on-site near the water's edge, where dolphins and other marine life are often viewable (savings of $65 per day in rental fees).

The condo is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay: cooking utensils, dishes, ice chests, beach chairs, beach umbrella, tennis rackets, linens, etc.

Enjoy the beach during the day, relax by the pool, and watch beautiful beach sunsets without ever getting in a car. Enjoy gorgeous sunset views overlooking the ocean and waterways from this seventh-floor unit with a full condo-length balcony!

The newly renovated condo incorporates outstanding features, including hurricane glass throughout, tile throughout, granite countertops, and a completely updated kitchen. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo boasts open main living and dining areas, a spacious, fully stocked kitchen, and an inviting screened lanai accessible from the main living and master bedroom. The living room is beautifully furnished and includes breathtaking ocean views, natural estuary views, and intercostal water views. The spacious master suite includes incredible water views, a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom includes ocean views and two twin beds. All the bedding is new, with mattress covers, sheets, and pillowcases all washed and sanitized for each visitor.

Includes High-speed Internet (250MBS) and three 4K -HD Smart TV's with Cable / DVR (220+ digital channels). Smart TV's allow you to bring your streaming subscriptions with you!

The condo is located minutes away from Mercato's nightlife, endless dining options, and shopping. Nearby activities also include the Ritz Carlton dining and Day Spa, The Turtle Club, LaPlaya Beach, Golf Resort, Golf, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Publix grocery & RX store, movie theaters, and other great amenities Naples has to offer.

Southwest Florida International Airport is 30 minutes from the condo.

Our condo is perfect for any beachgoers, boaters, and fishermen, being steps away from the white sandy beaches. Never worry about finding a beach parking spot again. Our condo backs up to the world-famous Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins Beach State Park and Estuary, with many types of wildlife and birds right outside our condo.

A private heated pool is reserved for owners and guests.

You can wash and dry all your laundry in the laundry-room on the same floor only accessible for 7th floor guests.

Clean, updated condo with great view!

This updated condo is well-appointed and comfortable. The view of the Gulf is amazing and the walk to the beach is a quick 5 minutes. The pool is a nice size with and gated area is quiet. The owners answered any questions quickly. We are looking forward to coming back.

Great condo and location!

We had a great stay in Aaron and Angie's condo! We originally had some issues getting into the condo due to a newly installed gate/building access system, but Aaron continued to work with me and the management team to correct the issues. When the issue continued, Aaron insisted on bringing me a remote control for the gate to ensure we had no further issues accessing the property. It was a big positive having Aaron in constant communication and locally available to help. Once in the condo, it had everything we needed - we like to cook and the condo is well equipped for any kitchen utensil we needed. The views of the ocean are great! And the pictures on the VRBO website very well reflect the views from the condo. The condo is well decorated with a nice comfy reclining sectional as well as good sized TVs in each of the bedrooms and the living area. The high-top style dining table was great for board/card games following dinner. Being a short walk to the beach that bumps against a state park was perfect! Great beach, soft sands, sunsets and easy to go back and forth to the condo coupled with great restaurants only a short drive away made this condo perfect for our family vacation and we hope to make it back soon! Thanks Aaron and Angie!!

Amazing Experience !!

Our stay at this holiday home was nothing short of fantastic! The location, right beside the beach and a heated pool, couldn't have been better. The condo itself was a true gem. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with impeccable cleanliness and stylish decor. The attention to detail was evident, making us feel instantly at home. The bed—hands down the comfiest I've ever slept in, paired with amazing pillows that added an extra touch of luxury. The amenities provided left no room for complaints. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we never found ourselves wishing for something that wasn't already there. It's clear that the owners, Aaron and Angie, have gone above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need for a perfect stay. Speaking of Aaron, his availability and willingness to assist with any questions or concerns were truly appreciated. His guidance enhanced our overall experience and made us feel like valued guests. I'm already counting down the days until our next visit. This holiday home has set the bar high for future vacations. Highly recommended!

The perfect beach getaway!

Communication with Aaron and Angie was excellent throughout the booking the process and during our stay. Aaron was very quick to respond to any of our enquires. The apartment was an ideal location for walking to the beach and exploring Naples. Spotlessly clean and has everything you could need. We would definitely return!
