The Space:
Welcome to Sonrisa, a spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath vacation home designed for comfort and relaxation. With tall ceilings, large windows, and stylish décor, this home feels bright and inviting.
The open living room offers a large sectional sofa and flat screen TV, perfect for gathering with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook and share meals together.
Sleeping arrangements are ideal for groups:
Master Suite #1: King bed, walk-in closet, private bathroom
Master Suite #2: King bed, private bathroom
Bunk Room: Three bunks (2 twin-over-double, 1 twin-over-queen), private bathroom and TV
Step outside to enjoy a private patio with BBQ and outdoor dining, or head just steps away to the community pool and hot tub with incredible desert views. A private garage, overflow parking, free WiFi, and satellite TV are also included.
This home is perfect for families, couples, or groups looking to explore Southern Utah while staying in comfort.
Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy full access to the entire home, including the garage for convenient parking. The only exception is a locked ownerâs closet located in the hallway. Otherwise, all closets, cupboards, and spaces are available for your use â make yourself at home!
The pool and hot tub are part of the Casitas community amenities and are shared with other guests in the neighborhood, offering a welcoming place to relax and take in the views.
Getting Around:
Washington is easy to navigate, and having your own vehicle is highly recommended for getting around and exploring the area. While SunTran (the cityâs bus system) offers limited routes, most visitors prefer the flexibility of driving, especially for day trips and outdoor adventures.
Uber and Lyft are available, though wait times can varyâespecially during busy weekends, holidays, or evenings. Taxis are limited but can be arranged in advance.
Washington is perfectly located for exploring Southern Utahâs iconic destinations. Approximate drive times to nearby attractions:
Zion National Park â 1 hour (40 miles)
Bryce Canyon National Park â 2 hours 15 minutes (140 miles)
Grand Canyon (North Rim) â 2 hours 30 minutes (120 miles)
Las Vegas, Nevada â 1 hour 45 minutes (120 miles)
Washington typically enjoys mild winters and hot, dry summers. If you're planning to visit higher elevations like Cedar Breaks or Brian Head, be prepared for winter driving conditions in colder months.
