La PENINSULA Condominium est l'un des condominiums les plus luxueux à Puerto Vallarta, au Mexique. 24 heures de sécurité. La péninsule est entourée de bassins de réflexion lui donnant l'illusion d'être sur sa propre île.
Nous sommes au 6ème étage (également au 8ème étage), dans un emplacement privilégié, unité de coin avec vue imprenable et plus grande piscine à débordement à Puerto Vallarta.

Idéalement situé, la péninsule est sur la zone de l'hôtel, à quelques pas du centre commercial La Isla; Centre commercial Peninsula, restaurants et supermarché Soriana. Il faut 10 à 15 minutes de taxi pour Downtown / Old Town, golf, aéroport, port de plaisance, plusieurs restaurants, des bars, des plages et le Malecon (promenade).

Ce magnifique condo est une maison très spacieuse de 3 400 pieds carrés, décorée de manière professionnelle avec un style contemporain et des accents tropicaux. La maison a quatre chambres à coucher et quatre salles de bain, un jacuzzi, des placards, une commode et un coffre fort.

Les quatre chambres sont avec 2 rois, 2 reines et 1 lit double avec matelas à plateau-coussin Serta. L'unité dispose de 4 grands balcons enrouler autour de la maison du sol au plafond avec des portes spectaculaires sur l'océan, la montagne ou sur la ville à partir de presque tous les pièces de la maison.

Cuisine entièrement équipée, 6 chaises de bar sur l'îlot de cuisine, table à manger avec 8 sièges et coin repas extérieur avec 6 chaises.

3 téléviseurs dans le salon et les chambres. Télévision par câble, lecteur DVD, Internet WIFI et un
laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité. Vous avez tout le confort de la maison pour rendre vos vacances les plus agréables.

Everything from the views and amenities to the amazing staff was 100% OUTSTANDING!!!! The hosts communicated with us directly and gave SPOT ON recommendations for dinners, tours, entertainment and MORE!The staff at the condo were extremely friendly and helpful and the property was immaculate!!!There is LOTS to do within walking distance and the condo is perfectly located for easy trips downtown and the marina.We traveled with our four adult children (ages 16-23) and there was something for everyone - snorkeling, swimming, fishing, night/beach clubs, massages, workout/gym, saunas/steam room AND MORE!!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this vacation rental!! You will NOT be disappointed!!!

If you've got a big group heading to PV, you've gotta check this place out. It's huge, fully equipped and easy to get to/from downtown and the airport. The views are absolutely sublime and the breeze that goes through the whole apartment is really nice considering the stifling heat of the city. The pool is awesome and you could be in the ocean within a minute of leaving the apartment. There's a restaurant with poolside service.Not much authentic Mexican food nearby, but banks, groceries and gringo food are within a 15 minute walk.Puerto Vallarta feels 100% safe and normal after the disruptions earlier in the year. Friendly and vibrant.Highly recommend this place. Hope to return one day!

Hello! We were a group of 6 and everyone enjoyed this property. It is exactly as advertised. With this unit you get many perks such as booking the Spa for you and your guests along other areas of the building. Conveniently located. We took the bus into town many times with no problems. Many banks and restaurants near, also a lovely taco stand (Jimmys tacos) for those who wish to experience the authentic vibe! It is in the hotel/club zone so expect some noise from the club across and other areas. The club Chicabal closes at 9 thankfully and opened Friday to Sunday.

A beautiful, spacious condo with everything you need for a great getaway. Lots of room for our family to relax and spread out. Incredible views. Nice touches include a beach cooler bag, ice packs and binoculars. Grocery stores and restaurants are close. Loved the huge pool and the sand beach with lots of palapas. We spent 13 glorious days at Richard and Aimee's beautiful condo. We have been coming to PV for over 22 years and this was probably the easiest process and the best communication we have experienced. The condo is as advertised! Gorgeous! There were five of us there for half of our trip and the condo was more than large enough and the views? What can I say. Spectacular unobstructed views from the huge wrap around lanai The property manager was also super responsive via text messaging. The pool is enormous and the perfect temperature for cooling off. I had read different things about whether there is a restaurant at the pool. For those wondering there is not a sit down restaurant but there is indeed food and drinks including cocktails at the pool. Just push the "magic button" on the umbrella covering your lounge chair and a waitperson arrives to take your order! We all enjoyed the lunches there from shrimp burritos to burgers to chicken sandwiches and more. Cocktails were reasonably priced as well. All in all a great trip and we would definitely stay here again.

The host were excellent, from the moment we had reserved the condominium they were supportive and always responding promptly. We all said that entering the condo and seeing that view and the luxurious condo was breathtaking. Also the staff is there 24 hours and the security to enter the grounds and in the condo was exceptional. The pool area always had lots of staff and security. I’ve never stayed in a place like that were you feel pampered from the moment you arrive until you leave. Richard and Aimee and there property manager were outstanding with suggestions for restaurants, spa services right in our condo tower . Please check out Maria for massage. She was so great that we went in there twice in a week. I also had a beautiful manicure with her. We also did a movie night in a real theatre room . It was full pampering. We would not of known about all of this if we had not reserved this condo. Also filtered water in the condo is an added bonus. Banks , doctors , great cafe for breakfast on the grounds. Love this week of luxury for 3 females that are retired.

Great Property To Stay In

The Peninsula is a wonderful property to stay in. Many amenities, very close to grocery stores, shopping, and fun things to do. The condo is perfect for a large group with space for everyone to spread out. We love the view of the water and skyline. The owner were very accommodating and for a small fee let us have a later checkout. Everyone said they had a wonderful time.

Ideal vacation home.

The property is beautiful, situated in a great location, near grocery store, restaurants. Fantastic pool and adjacent to the beach. Located between the airport and the Malecon. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful view!

The owners communicated and responded quickly with any questions I had. They also sent emails with suggestions on places to eat since we had never been there. Extremely pleased with the spa services available on the property. Reasonably priced and massage was so great we all booked a second one. Very relaxing stay…. Wish we could have stayed a few more days!

Home away from home

My whole family enjoyed staying in the peninsula! We felt pampered and safe. Security is excellent and everything is super clean.

This is advertised as a four bedroom apartment but it is actually a three bedroom place. A windowless storage room was turned into a “bedroom”, no one in our group wanted to stay there, and there is no closet. The master suite was incredible as was another back bedroom that had a balcony. The check-in process required a lot of paperwork. Booking the apartment and checking in were a pain, but once we were there we had a great time. I would not rent this place again.

We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the master suite, the second bedroom with the balcony, and that you ultimately had a great time during your stay. We would like to clarify that our residence is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home, as advertised. The fourth bedroom is a smaller guest room with a full-size bed and its own bathroom. While it does not have a built-in closet, it has a clothing drawer as shown in the photos. Regarding check-in, Peninsula requires all guests to complete a brief registration form and an amenities acknowledgment for access to the spa, gym, and other facilities. These procedures are established by the building administration to help ensure the security and comfort of all residents and guests. We appreciate your comments and are glad you were able to enjoy the beautiful property, resort amenities, and your time in Puerto Vallarta. Great large family condo

The living space, views, staff , amenities, beach and location were absolutely perfect. The owners and condo manager were extremely helpful and very responsive to messaging and calls. Would highly recommend. I would not plan to be there again near Holy Week due to loud music.

A Great Vacation Condo

This was an amazing property to stay at for a week with good friends! The views are great and the Condo is beautiful. We would all definitely visit again. The owners were very easy to talk to and very helpful.

Was exactly as described. Excellent location, beautiful view and clean. Walking distance to great restaurants was a bonus.
