Beachfront Bliss is an oceanfront condo end unit in Wild Dunes on Isle of Palms SC that offers something no other unit in Tidewater can offer: direct, complete and immediate views of, and access to, the beach/ocean and pool/children's wade pool. This incredible, relaxing property is one of a kind. Built directly into the beach in a private resort complex within Wild Dunes. At no price point on the island are the views better than this. This sunny and well-kept unit features full and complete beach and ocean views throughout the unit and from both large lanais (one of which is fully screened-in and features a lounge seating for comfortable entertaining).While on the "ground floor" the unit is raised several feet up and built on stilts in the beach, but allows convenient and frequent access to the unit from the pool and beach as a home-base for your outdoor play.Now, a description of the rooms of this beautiful property. The master bedroom offers a King-size Tempurpedic bed (new this year), with ensuite bathroom (shower and tub). Also new this year, marble tops have been added to both bathrooms. The second bedroom offers a King size bed, a twin loft, twin trundle and ensuite bathroom.The main living area is open-concept to promote socialization. The kitchen is modern and updated with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, range, refrigerator and freezer (with ice-maker). Blenders, mixers, toaster, pots, pans, silverware, plates cups and everything you will need is there.Off of the kitchen is a bright and sunny breakfast nook. Enjoy full ocean and beach views there.Or...take your meal to the living room and enjoy full ocean and beach views through the picture window. If you so desire, you may turn on the big flat screen located in the living room. There is a ottoman table, couch and extra-large comfortable viewing chair in the living room.Or...take your meal outside. Off of the living room is the first of two lanais. This lanai is quite large and screened-in for your enjoyment. While sitting at the outdoor lounge furniture with ample seating, enjoy the views of the beach and ocean or watch the little ones at the pool or wading pool. With this unit, there is no need for to pack a cooler. You are so close to the pool and beach that you can just use the kitchen refrigerator to keep your food and beverages cold.Or...take your meal or coffee to the lanai, off of the main entrance. This large lanai is private and gated. It features comfortable reclined seating and the most gorgeous and uninterrupted views available on the island. The pictures simply do not do it justice.Once you have gotten suitably relaxed from hanging with your family on the beach, perhaps you would like to try your hand at golf or tennis. The Links golf course, which has a driving range, is steps away. You can enjoy a meal or drink at the Sandbar or Huey's located at the Clubhouse there.Or you can go up the beach on the other side and find the Boardwalk Hotel, a bevy of bars and restaurants, as well as tennis courts, bicycle rental and the Harbour Golf course and Clubhouse. The Boardwalk hotel is about a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the unit.Just outside the Wild Dunes gates and around the corner is the Isle of Palms Marina, featuring food, beer, wine, boat and jet ski rentals, Eco-Tours, Parasailing, boat launch, restaurant, among other amenities.From this unit, there is so much to do, or nothing at all. Privacy is afforded by the unit's unique location on the very end of the beachfront of the building thus promoting full relaxation and privacy. You are close enough to the main Wild Dunes amenities to enjoy them when you want, but far enough away to keep your vacation relaxing and crowd-free. We simply could not create a better experience for you on the Isle of Palms.

5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. Great location to beach and pool. Views from all rooms were amazing. Home was well stocked. Hair in guest shower and open container of shampoo left from previous guest. Large booger at eye level on guest bathroom door. Also, pee stained on both mattresses covers.

Nice place for a small family. Great location, close to beach and pool. Nice views from every window. Kitchen is nicely stocked, shelves hard to reach if you’re short. We did have an issue with housekeeping unfortunately, but was handled by management quickly when they were notified.

WONDERFUL BEACHFRONT CONDO

The view was extraordinary with easy access to both the pool and the beach. The screen porch is a terrific bonus. Nice bike rides right from the condo and the walk up the beach is beautiful. The Kitchen is well stocked with everything one needs for cooking and food prep and the beds are both extremely comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay! We will come back!

the location was wonderful on a great stretch of the IOP Wild Dunes beach and right on the complex pool which was nice sized and fun. The unit was newly updated and well-appointed. My favorite features were the front and back porch both overlooking the ocean.

The location of this condo can’t be beat! We enjoyed sunrises from the porch and sitting on the beach. Charleston is about 35 minutes away and we loved eating dinner there. Comfy beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. We will be back!!

Relaxing trip

The Beachfront Bliss was a great retreat for our family. Right next to the pool and the beach - the location can’t be beat. The only issues we had were housekeeping/maintenance items. They didn’t hugely affect our stay but hope they were taken care of for future guests. We would definitely recommend this unit!!!!

amazing location, issues with TV and pool information

The location is absolutely amazing...unbelievably convenient access to the beach...and Wild Dunes resort is incredibly walkable with lots of great restaurants and activities. The "Smart" TVs didn't work for live TV (kept freezing and going into slow motion) - which was bad timing as we were trying to watch the Super Bowl. The issue effected the YouTube TV app as well; however, Netflix and Hulu seemed to work ok. The property manager called the cable company/internet provider, who came and determined it wasn't an internet problem. It wasn't a huge deal (other than missing the Super Bowl), as we were really there for the beach anyway. Also, the listing states there is pool access; however, it fails to mention that the pool is closed until May (and we were there in Feb). Signs on the property indicate that you should still have access to the pool area (lounge chairs and tables), but the code to the gate given to us failed to open the gate. Also not a huge deal, as apparently this particular pool is not heated, so we wouldn't have gone in, but none of this is clearly disclosed in the listing. Lastly, we asked for a later check-out time (or to store our bags somewhere) as check-out was at 10am and the check-in time at our next place wasn't until 4pm, but the property manager did not even entertain the idea. (Note: their next guests didn't check-in until 4pm, and it's a tiny place to clean, so 6 hours is overkill.) Overall, the place was great but the management was just ok.

Quiet paradise

This place was very clean and exactly as described. The location to the beach is ideal. There are sand toys and other beach items readily available for our use. I appreciated the detail to detergent left, soaps left, etc. They do offer a towel service where you can pay and get them delivered. Pack beach towels if staying here. We just bought a couple as had left for our vaca before realizing you could rent or bring your own. I did find one beach towel that perhaps a pervious guest left under a sink we could have used as well but bought and used our own. Fridge was very clean. I appreciate the thought this owner put into this home. We had trouble getting in but the management was responsive and called us and got us in the doors immediately. This is a lovely property! Thanks for letting us visit!

Great Stay on the IOP!

The condo fit it's description and was very nice. The condo was completely updated and very clean. Beach chairs were available. Since the unit was located in the Wild Dunes resort, we could easily use many of the activities that the resort offered. The only complaint we have is that the TV was hard to navigate and as a result we could not access local stations.

IMO this unit has the perfect location. As it is an end unit on the ocean. Wonderful views of beach/ocean from dinning area, also outside dinning area, living room, screen porch. Home was clean, plenty of towels, kitchen was well appointed and maintained. Highly recommend and would definitely return to.

IOP Getaway

First vacation in almost 3 years with family after Covid traveling with spouse and in laws. Condo was fabulous, exactly as advertised and could not have been a more prime location for beach or pool access. It was spotlessly clean and well stocked. IOP has fabulous restaurants close by serving the freshest fish prepared various ways or a quick drive to Charleston provides even more choices of food along with amazing architecture and history. Communication with management was easy, efficient and quickly responded to always. Would definitely recommend and hope to return again soon.

Great Relaxing Location

The condo’s location could not be any better when it comes to beach views from many different locations in the condo. The sunrise was awesome. We enjoyed the swimming pool, sunning on the beach and relaxing on the screened in veranda. The condo was clean and had most everything we needed. Tip: Take your own coffee or tea pods, the condo has a Keurig. (We were led to believe there was only a drip coffee maker and bought coffee and filters, which we will never use.) Also, take additional toilet paper if you plan to stay more than a few days or if there are more than a couple people. When we arrived there was only one roll of toilet paper in the master bath for 2 people, 5 nights. When I reached out to the host to let her know we would need additional toilet paper, her response was, “We only supply a starter supplies for each guest which includes one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. You will find that information in the welcome guide as well under the plan for your trip section If you have any other questions or concerns, please text our on site management team directly as they are on the island daily and can more quickly address these issues during your stay”. Needless to say, we didn’t want to bother anyone else, so we purchased more toilet paper for our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Tidewater and Isle of Palms.

Everything was exactly as described. Only negatives were the pool needed more maintenance. Lots of sand and caterpillars in the pool. And the beach umbrella rental folks use up most of the space on the beach leaving little for those setting up their own.
