Welcome to Bay Colony 776—a spacious, upper-level 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo just steps from the beautiful shores of Gull Lake. Perfect for families or groups up to 8, this peaceful retreat offers a quieter setting away from the busy beachfront, yet close to everything Gull Lake has to offer.

Inside, you will find two queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and laundry closet—all on one level. Lovely Condo!

Perfect location, easy in and out, nice playground and fire pits with a sand swimming beach and outdoor grille area, free kayaks and boat rentals on site. Well kept grounds, nice furnishings inside, easy check in. They need to clean better.

Nice little spot

Beautiful grounds, beach area. We enjoyed a bonfire after a day of golf and were able to witness Northern Lights. Would come back.

Great place to stay in a central location in the Brainerd/Nisswa area, nice lake view.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness and cleanliness of the condo. Large kitchen with everything we needed. Confortable living area to unwind. Great lakeview to look enjoy during morning coffee. I will definitely stay again on my next visit to the area.

Had a wonderful stay here for a weekend babymoon with my wife before the birth of our son. Property manager was easy to get a hold of and even allowed us to check in early and have a later check out which was greatly appreciated!

Great space, had everything we needed in kitchen and bathrooms. SUPER comfortable beds! The road traffic was a little loud because of the location but overall it was perfect.

excellent location, successful vacation!

We were able to get to all kinds of attractions from this location without having to drive for any great length of time. We experienced a multitude of activities including pontooning on Gull Lake, an amazing zip lining adventure, a virtual reality experience, mini golf, fabulous shopping and numerous excellent dining experiences. And we knew we would be returning to a clean, comfortable, spacious home-away-from-home that had everything we needed for a successful vacation.

Great location and just as described.

We had a great time at this property. Everything was just as described and we loved the centralized location. Very minor critiques...One, the parking isn't great in the winter time as it's a bit of a walk. Two, I thought we would be lakeside but there are actually a few similar homes between this property and the lake. Again, those are very minor and we loved our stay!

Good location

The location is good for getting to Nisswa or Brainerd attractions. The one downfall of the unit is though it sleeps 8, it does not have enough seating for meals or relaxing for that many people. The living room only seats 3-4 people and the eating space has only 6 chairs. Overall the unit was clean and we enjoyed the view of the lake.

The place was nice.

There were 4 of us in a place that sleeps 8. The table only sat 4 and there were 2 stool. For the 4 of us that was fine. However if there were 8 of us there would not be enough seating to eat. The Livingroom area there was only seating for 3. A love seat and on chair. So one of us was on the floor. Maybe add some folding chair or something or get a small chair in the Livingroom area. We I asked if there was coffee there I was told the was a minimum amount of our stay. There was only 4 cups worth of coffee. No a huge deal I could pick some up when we went into Nisswa, but it would of been nice to know it was only 4 cups worth of coffee. We were there 2 nights. The kitchen cabinet are very sparse. There was no foil or plastic wrap. One wash rag for sink and one hand towel for drying. I thought that booking with a VRBO would be more "home" like not hotel like. The other time we have used VRBO that was the case. So if you revamp your kitchen and Livingroom area I think your guests would be happier.

Nice and comfortable for all

We just stayed one night, really we’re just there to shower and sleep. It was very nice and it was perfect for our needs.

Quick, Easy and Clean!

This place was great! We needed a last minute home base for snowmobiling and it was perfect. Clean and plenty of room!
