FOREST DUNES RESORT AMENITIES
The Forest Dunes Resort has so many options for the whole family or for a couple on a romantic vacation. As a guest at our suite you will be able to relax and enjoy your vacation fully with our array of water features and guest amenities.

*Each adult will be provided a wristband at the time of arrival. Wristbands are needed to access pools; each adult will need a wristband for pool deck entry. Wristbands are also needed to access the lobby from 10pm ‐ 7am and access the fourth-floor parking garage crosswalk and stairwell.

*There will be a $50 charge each for lost or damaged wristbands.

Facility is clean,well kept, low traffic flow, and great atmosphere for kids. Sliding glass door is very hard to slide. Carpet track exposed in both entrance to bathroom. My wife tramped on one of those. Stayed in room on 14 floor last yr.

Baby’s 1st Vacation

The condo was fine for our first vacation as a family with a little one. There’s not much room for a pack n play but we made it work in the bedroom. Good location and much quieter than further south. The beach is very convenient!

First time staying at this property and we really enjoyed it. All the pools, lazy river, hot tub, etc...my grandson could not get enough of it! We will be back!

Beautiful!! But WEIRD smell...

We truly enjoyed our stay!! The beautiful beach was easily accessible and AMAZING! Great waves for fun boogie board adventures and the kids LOVED evenings at the pool. Lots of other teens and kids to play in the pool and in the lazy river. I really enjoyed floating around the lazy river too! The condo was perfect for 2 kids and a couple. We slept in the bedroom and the kids on the pull out sofa. It is an old couch and the springs on the sofa bed are pretty worn out. The kids didn't mind though. Overall, the stay was quite comfortable and a nice getaway. I only have a couple of negatives:1) We had paid in full in advance. Less than a week before we were due to arrive, we got an email telling us "Your reservation has been cancelled because this unit is no longer available" (?!?) - my family was completely HEARTBROKEN! *Apparently we were cancelled in error but it was a REAL HASSLE sorting it out then instead of just reversing the cancellation --we had to be reimbursed then REPAY the reservation all over AGAIN!! Quite disheartening. 2) The condo was often flooded with the STRONG SMELL of marijuana coming in through the air vents from the unit next to us. When we arrived into the condo it reeked of marijuana and chemicals that did not really cover the smell. It just smelled AWFUL! It took a few days to air the condo out a bit but the smell lingered the entire week we stayed in the unit.

Great vacation spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed this one bedroom, one and one half bath apartment with full kitchen, comfortable dining/living room and outdoor porch (where we spent time outside each morning and evening). The building is right on the lovely sand beach and the parking facility is easy to use. Also, the facility’s pool area was well kept and refreshing.
