Welcome to the uncompromising standards, unique amenities and grace of Bluewaters Manor. We call this 5,000 square foot home a manor because of its charming design featuring shake shingles, tongue and groove ceilings and exposed beams, all in a wonderfully uplifting theme of white and cream with tasteful touches of blue. The property has a private two-level party dock, and we enjoy views of the lake from all of the main areas of the home as well as the patio.

The main level of the home, which steals your heart when you enter, entices you back to the outdoors through any of eight sets of sliding and French doors. The patio welcomes you with abundant seating and a stainless outdoor grilling area as you catch your second views of Lake Lanier.

Follow our gentle walkway to the large two-level party dock and you know where the liveliest fun will be! Here the water is always deep, the toys are plentiful and the seating is both shaded and sun-drenched. The double deck party dock is the heart of all the summer fun with abundant, stylish and comfortable sectional seating, numerous oversized umbrellas to provide shade on the top dock, and a lower level for lazing in the shade and breeze while watching the kids frolic in the lake. The views from the dock are open and lovely, the water is cool, the dock comfortable and the source of many hours of lake delight. We have a slip available for your own boat if you bring it. And, you can fish from the dock.

Wake up to a private patio or deck for your morning coffee or join the group back on the main patio, already awash in the first morning rays. The coffee is abundant with coffee for 24 from the first brew and you can sip it delighted in the knowledge that you get to do this again and again.

In the kitchen, you will find two spaces-one more for entertainment with its immense granite island, ice maker, four refrigerators and a bar for either coffee or cocktails around the corner. The second space with a third dishwasher, stove with indoor grill and second sink is more a prep area leaving the primary area open for gathering. The kitchen is equipped with everything we need and with everything you want. Everything matches. Everything works. Everything is handy.

There are four separate sitting areas in the home so that everyone can nestle into their own space when togetherness needs a break. Each of these areas is comfortable in its own way. The main living room has walls of windows overlooking the lake, an electric fireplace which you can use only for ambiance (and no heat) if you like, and HDTV and DVD. This area easily seats 8-10. The upstairs nook adjacent to the Teen Suite has a 50-inch HDTV and DVD player and is comfortable for a cozy group of five or six. The upstairs Sitting Room, possibly the most amazing room of the house, has two walls of windows looking down over the lake. It, too, has its own HD flat screen TV and DVD player, as well as a private bath. And the teens can hang out in their teen suite sitting area.

Once you decide to venture away from Bluewaters by boat or car, you will find everything you need close by--watersports (12 passenger pontoon boats, 2014 Sea Doo Sparks, paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, wake boarding and even Fly boarding and Hover boarding!), shopping, restaurants and night life.

Great golf is minutes away at the Legacy on Lanier Golf Club. The club represents a return to the Golden Era of Golf- a period from the early to mid 1900’s when designers created some of the most storied courses in the world. Created by renowned designer Billy Fuller, Legacy on Lanier Golf Club offers stunning views of Georgia’s Great Lake. An unrivaled golf experience, the layout traverses a natural setting with twelve scenic holes on the water. Legacy on Lanier Golf Club offers tactical challenges for the avid golfer while not proving too daunting for the casual golfer.

Quaint and historic Flowery Branch is minutes away. There you will find antiquing and a delightful candy store reminiscent of something from the turn of the century.

Groceries, gas, Target shopping are all conveniently bundled together and only ten minutes from the house. Everything is far enough away that you feel peace and quiet at home, but close enough that you will enjoy immense convenience and waste no time getting to and from.
