Incredible views Beachfront Las Olas Penthouse
When you open the door, the sparkling blue Sea of Cortez will greet you to your new home overlooking some of the best surf spots in Baja. Our 4 Bedroom, 3 1/2 bath beachfront condo and deck covers the entire top floor of the A building of Las Olas. Las Olas boasts a fully furnished pool area, 3 hot tubs and private beach access to one of the few swimmable beaches in the area. You can explore the area or sit back and enjoy the view on one of our private balconies overlooking the ocean.
Our penthouse condo has sleek yet rustic furnishings selected to create a beachy yet artistic aesthetic celebrating the San Jose del Cabo local area. The entire front of the condo is lined with balconies with lounge and dining furniture, overlooking the Las Olas property and the beautiful Sea of Cortez. Our penthouse also has a large private deck area, equipped with lounge chairs for sunbathing while enjoying the view. All 4 bedrooms are spacious with private or semi-private bathrooms. An elevator takes you up to our 6th floor condo. We also have a surf locker available for your use on the ground floor, making it easy to walk your board down to the beach and enjoy the incredible surf in front of Las Olas.
Guests have access to a washer/dryer, small gym, parking, tennis, pool & jacuzzi, wifi and more!!
The entire condo will be yours to use, however I will be available by phone, email or text if help is needed. We also have local connections who can be available almost immediately for anything that you may need. I have a few great connections to provide local SCUBA, SURF, FISH, SNORKEL or whatever tours you're looking for. Let me know if you would like to set anything up.
San Jose del Cabo is a wonderful surf and artist community which is close yet separate from the hustle and bustle of Cabo San Lucas. Las Olas is a 5 minute drive from local grocery stores, 10 minutes to downtown San Jose del Cabo and about 30 minutes to Cabo San Lucas. We have the beach on one side and the main road from the airport on the other. There is a surf, snorkel, etc. rental shop across the street in Plaza Costa Azul and Zippers restaurant & bar steps away. Las Olas has 24 hour security as well to make you feel safe in your home away from home.
We are close to a lot but a car is useful due to the location of the property (with the beach on one side and a busy road on the other). There is onsite, gated parking available for one car. There is also public transportation, taxis and Uber available if you prefer to stay local for most of your visit!
We require our guests to review the rules of the property with every reservation. A security/damage deposit will also be held by VRBO.

My family has owned the A-600 since March 2017 although we have a long history at the property of Las Olas. My grandmother, Granny Annie, lived on this property for many years in a very unique, old palapa home before she moved back to the states. I have many memories throughout the years of playing in the surf in front of what is now the property of Las Olas and of Old Cabo. Granny Annie has since moved on, but we continue to make memories in the place she loved so very much and called home for much of her life and hope you can do the same! We also own 2 other properties at Las Olas, a one bedroom and 3 bedroom, so if you have a large party and need more space we may be able to accommodate you all in the same property! Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
The breathtaking views of the penthouse at Las Olas are mesmerizing. We rented this condo before we bought it and we all fell in love with it. I spent this time at Las Olas snorkeling in front of the condo then warming myself on the beach while watching my brothers and dad surfing. I loved laying and reading on the lounge chairs on the balcony to my room, listening to the ocean waves crashing and feeling the warm breeze of the ocean. This condo is such an incredibly special place and will always call me back for more.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Las Olas is appropriately named 'The Waves.' We are located on the beach in front of two renowned surf spots; Las Rocas and Zippers. Great surfing, snorkeling, swimming, and just lounging opportunities are bountiful within literally steps from the condo. We're located an easy 20 minute drive to Cabo San Lucas home to Sammy Hagar's Cabo Wabo, and 10 minutes from downtown San Jose Del Cabo home of an ever growing art district, and named the most beautiful Plaza in Baja California by numerous tourist guide books. Great dining opportunities await you in both locations, and for a crazy night on the town look no further west than the marina district in Cabo San Lucas. Dazzeling ocean views are always in view, whether preparing dinner in the kitchen, sitting back on the couch, or having a drink on the patio, that big ocean just keeps shining away. (I've even seen grey whales playing with their young from the kitchen counter).
