• Provides a large, screened lanai to enjoy the beach even when you’re in the home.

The layout of the home and privacy provided by bedroom separation makes it ideal for couples, a guys' or girls' trip, or families with children. Anyone who wants quality time beach- or poolside—or to simply relax and just gaze out on the Gulf view—will enjoy time here.

**Please note that there is a 28-night minimum stay requirement, which the HOA put in place and enforces.**

BEACHY AND ELEGANT WITH NEW DÉCOR, RECENTLY REMODELED KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS
Inspired by the ever-changing shades of Gulf waters and the white sands of Siesta Beach, the home is elegantly coordinated in shades of blue, green, beige, and white. The kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled in 2014, and it was redecorated—including a wall of real, reclaimed wood in the living room—in October 2020.

BEAUTIFUL INDOOR AND OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Once settled in, enjoy a glass of wine on our comfy couches or outside on the lanai—all while taking in gulf views from both locations—and cook in our fully-equipped kitchen or using the community grill by the community clubhouse. Then, dine either in the dining area or at the table outside on the lanai--both of which seat at least four guests.

COMMUNITY POOLS AND RECREATIONAL AMENITIES
Peppertree Bay is a beach-to-bay community, meaning you have private beach access, as well as use of two community pools (one beach-side, and one bay-side) and a fishing pier on Sarasota Bay. The community also has two tennis courts and a recently renovated fitness center with cardio equipment, weights, and men’s and women’s locker rooms.

CLOSE TO SIESTA VILLAGE, FREE SIESTA KEY TROLLEY; SHORT DRIVE TO SARASOTA, ST. ARMANDS
When you want to get out of the house to explore, hop on the free Siesta Key Breeze Trolley, available at the entrance to the community. It will take you north about two miles to Siesta Key Village or south about three miles to Turtle Beach Park, and many stops in-between. Restaurants on the Key—all within three miles of the home—include:

• Italian at Café Gabbiano or Flavio’s,
• Mexican at The Hub,
• Laid-back vibes and live outdoor music at Siesta Key Oyster Bar (S.K.O.B),
• Elegant dining at The Summer House or Ophelia’s,
• Karaoke at Captain Curt’s,
• And many, many more!

Or, hop in the car or an Uber for a quick, seven-mile ride to downtown Sarasota and its plethora of restaurants, bars, and cultural events, or slightly further (10 miles away) to St. Armands Circle.
