Vacation in style at this Midcentury-themed Alexander home with the architectural integrity of its original creation, redesigned with modern appointments that will leave you in awe of its wonder. This stunning mid-century gem is located in the Racquet Club Estates neighborhood and features a dreamy 20x20 circular designed pool that's four-and-a-half feet deep. With a south-facing yard, the views of the mountains and aerial tramway are amazing. Walking into this stylish new Palm Springs vacation rental, you'll find fabulous new furnishings with walls of glass looking outside to the pool area. With an open floor plan, it's easy to enjoy dining and entertaining with friends and family. The interior features vaulted natural wood tongue and groove ceilings and polished concrete floors in the living room that accentuate the retro decor and airy feel. The kitchen has been designed with custom soft close cabinets and gorgeous quartz counters with a waterfall edge on the center island, and it's also fully equipped for preparing a gourmet meal for the whole gang. Step outside and sit under the desert stars while enjoying a cocktail with friends, or float in the circular pool while enjoying the surrounding mountain views. In the evening gather around the fire pit and enjoy time with your guests or unwind in the above-ground hot tub as the stars twinkle above.
Sitting in North Palm Springs, you will be less than a mile from downtown and close to the base of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway for unlimited fun mere minutes from your front door. When you head into town, be sure to stop into the many eclectic shops and restaurants that make Palm Springs unique. A few local favorite places to grab a bite are Workshop Kitchen, Cheekyâs, Farm, Rooster and the Pig (takeout only). For a bit more fun, casinos, golf courses, and museums also call this desert valley home! Not to mention, Mount San Jacinto State Park and Joshua Tree National Park are also within 35 miles for outdoor excursions.

-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting âYesâ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are active security cameras mounted underneath and to the dish of the carport. They are facing the driveway and pool equipment.
