Our property and resort operates 100%. Discover the beauty of this tranquil south island location! This 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath CORNER UNIT condo is has everything that you need for a perfect vacation. Enjoy watching the manatees, birds, and dolphins from your screened lanai, which overlooks a canal, the marina, and one of the largest heated swimming pools on the island! Located right next door is the south island's entertainment district, Santini Plaza, which plays host to restaurants, shops, music, and boat tours!

Had a very nice time, loved the pool area, the grill, easy access to the beach, it was very relaxing but it could have been a little warmer but you have no control of that, thank you!!

This is a great place with lots of advice and explanations about the place. This facility is clean and well maintained. The location is great for getting to the sites in either direction. Overall, a really good choice.

Location was great. Host was attentive with problems. Could be better with some changes such as new pans that aren’t all scratched up. New shower curtain that doesn’t have mold on it. Clean the windows. Better coffee maker. Dryer that isn’t rusted on the inside and squeaks. Dresser drawers that work in the master. King size bed mattress that doesn’t sag in the middle. Ceiling fans that don’t make noise. Overall not worth the money.

We had such a great time. Your condo was perfect for us. The amenities were amazing. Thank you so much for us allowing to stay at your place. Excellent stay!

My wife and I and our two daughters had an wonderful trip. The condo was very clean and the two story layout was very cool. Great balcony and lots of windows looking over the water. We ate at 3 local restaurants a quick walk away and all were delicious. K was very accommodating and great with communication. Would love to come back in the future.

Cute and clean

Unit was very clean. Liked having the washer and dryer in our unit. Beds were comfy. Close walk to pool and beach. Unit well stocked with extras such as beach towels, chairs, cooler, pool noodles etc. Quick drive to Town Square or Publix for restaurants, shopping and groceries or walk to CVS for essentials. We had a fabulous time!

Even through all the construction The condo was very very clean Communication with the owner she Answered every question n gave us An extra night with little notification. More than enough room for all 4 of us to have our own space. I would recommend. The pool area was clean. Need to spray for bugs (ants) at pool but overall experience was great. The manatee’s was so ugly but so cute to watch at the bay. The way they showed off was so cute. Thank you for a great experience Sharon and Pj

Lies, Deceit and Destruction

The property I paid for was not at all what was posted. It was in Fort Meyer Beach Florida. There was a category 5 hurricane in October 2022, however from the pictures posted by the owner, it looked like they had cleaned it all up and it was ok. When I got there that was not the facts. The area was still totally demolished and looked like a war zone. The beach was barricaded and no one was allowed on the beach. There were boats in trees, nothing was being rebuilt, piles of rubble everywhere of buildings that had been destroyed. The building the condo is in has a cracked and broken foundation and the condo itself wreaked of mold, as did the entire area. There was also a distinct odor of raw sewage. I have sent pictures of the mold on the vents and the foundation and the beach and the whole area. I still have not been reimbursed for Friday and Saturday nights hotel stays. I missed over 2 days of my vacation. I am also out $240 in groceries that I ended up giving away as I had nowhere to put them. Do better!

Fort Myers Beach was hit by a major hurricane. The island is still recovering. This fact is stated in the listing. The beaches are open and beautiful. Our condo is intact in a beautiful condition with no mold at all. It is continuouly rented with great reviews. The building is solid, no broken foundation. After guest was yelling with us and the VRBO representative over the phone, we reimbursed her 100% against our cancellation policy. It is very sad that some people try to ruin others. We are recovering from the hit of the hurricane and appreciate the business of everyone trusting us. We take pride in our beautiful condo. And we will keep hosting with this pride.

Ft.Myers

Had a painting crew in our windows (both the master bedroom and patio) nice and early Monday morning and wasn't told about this. Left early due to this as they painted all day and were scheduled for the week. Owner didn't do much about it. Owner did replay quickly. Condo was perfect for our needs. This is listed as across from the beach....it's not. If you have small children it was a bit of a walk to the beach. Also listed that the patio over looks the canal which it really doesn't.

So sorry for the crew doing pressure washing of the building. It is done on regular bases to keep the building nice. The beach is accross the road. to the unit. There are beach acesses to get to the beach. The beach is in 5 minutes walk. The canal is behind the building. Other guests could see manatees or even dolphins from the lanai. We hope you still had a good stay.

Have stayed nicer places

The condo itself was nice. The listing said on the beach and you had to walk down the street and cross the street to get to any beach. We were never told that they were painting the building so we were woken up at 7:00 with people right outside out windows with power washers and lifts. It was hard to leave the condo because of this. Was given wrong codes to get to the pool.

Perfect little Paradise

The condo was clean and very comfortable. Perfectly located away from the ruckus at the pier, but close enough to take the quick drive if you wish to visit the pier. The beach access was very convenient. The beach was never over crowded which made it feel like a private beach. Found tons of shells. There is a little shopping center right next door with a great ice cream place and pizza place. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. My husband and I can't wait to come back just the two of us. The pool was nice. I loved everything about the location.

Excellent location and family friendly

This condo was clean and had extra supplies for all those things that you may have forgotten. We enjoyed the location and the view. This was a very family friendly property and the owner went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. It felt like home and we were very comfortable.

Condo Nice

Condo nice carpet old but still nice, had a screen in patio, elevator but it did brake down one day. Enjoy our stay. Only upset was it was listed as across the street from the ocean but had to walk down the road several blocks, I never found how to get across the street I luckily had family that stayed in hotel on beach front. I would recommend if you don’t mind a walk to the beach.

Absolutely loved this condo and location! Shopping center 1000ft to North made great place for teens and beach an easy wall as well. Loved the manatees in canal as well!

Fort Myer adventure

I do not want this posted online!! We loved the property, especially having the bedrooms on a different level. This property could get an A rating with some fixing up. Here are my suggestions: * list the building address on the location - to be able to tell which building in # 1 and # 2 * replace the lightbulb on the lanai so there is light * replace the broken handle on the patio door * furnish a pizza cutter and scissors * have garbage bags available so we can take out the trash and recycling * don't water down the hand soap - soap isn't that expensive * fix the blinds in the primary bedroom so that they open and close without pieces falling out * replace the shower curtain liner in the secondary bedroom/shower. the current one is ripped. * don't have damp towels stored in above the washing machine - make sure they are dry before they are folded and put away
