Mike, it appears that you had a great stay with a few standout features and a few small recommendations. Convenience and outdoor activities are combined in one magnificent site that is easily accessible by foot from the village. Another benefit is the excellent mountain bike opportunities. For those chilly days, the fireplace's powerful heating element is great, and having a fully supplied kitchen with an assortment of glasses, cups, and even shot glasses is really practical. The comment that the townhouse was "perfect" for your purposes is appreciated. The communal outdoor bonfire is a lovely addition, and it's wonderful to know that there was enough of wood on hand. Regarding the cable TV issue, we make every attempt to notify our guests of any issues, we have recommended smart TV for streaming options, especially for guests who rely on entertainment during their stay to the homeowner. The recommendation for furniture on the exterior decks has also been suggested to the homeowner. Your feedback is valuable to both the property owner and future guests. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your stay! -Linda/Casago Snowshoe Team

We understand how these things can impact the overall experience, and we apologize for the maintenance concerns you mentioned. We’re committed to addressing these issues and improving the space for future guests. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll work on ensuring the property is more updated and better maintained. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Best regards, Linda Casago Snowshoe

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so glad you had a great time during the GNCC weekend and enjoyed the condo. We also appreciate you pointing out the air conditioning listing. It was accidentally advertised with A/C, and we've since corrected the listing to accurately reflect that the unit does not have air conditioning. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. We truly appreciate you staying with us and look forward to welcoming you back next year!

Graham, thank you for taking the time to provide a review. We appreciate feedback and positive comments. We have taken note of your comments regarding additional pictures for the listing and that has been added to our tasks list for the near future. - Casago Snowshoe Team

Hello John, We appreciate you leaving such an excellent review; we are glad you enjoyed your stay at the property and look forward to seeing you again! - Casago Snowshoe Team

We are so terribly sorry about all you've experienced. We also apologize that the maintanence person did not check on the heat in a timely fashion. Some of the homes the homeowners do not put cable boxes in but put smart t.v.'s in instead.
