Softball at the beach

Had a great stay at this property. Good location, all the communications were accurate and timely. Booked early and everyone I talked to during that time was nice, polite and friendly. Would definitely stay here and use this rental company again. Thanks!!

Good potential, but wish it was cleaner and quieter.

Lovely place and view, but unit was dusty, not all dishes clean, dried food under couch. The two bars beside the condo were quite noisy in the evenings and unfortunately, sitting on the balcony was more often than not ruined by someone in another unit smoking weed from morning through night. Otherwise, we liked the location and the accomodations.

Could do Better Cleaning

Aside from the room not being very clean, ie- dust covering top of refrigerator, lamps, dressers. No clean liens on the beds, had to make own beds when arrived. Had to lift up the rugs because my mother in-law is a amputee and the area rugs pose a fall risk and could tell no one had cleaned under the rugs in some time. Dishwasher leaks. Location and view is great!

Dirty and needs attention

This property is very dirty. Very disgusting. Floor rugs were grimy with sand underneath them. All the baseboards of the unit extremely dirty. The couch and chairs are gross in the living room literally brown dirt on arm rests. I had to cover with sheets to feel comfortable sitting on. Mold in main bathroom shower. Poop on toilet seat when I arrived. The toilet brushes are brown, disgusting and old. The dryer takes forever to dry and shuts off by itself if using the sensor settings. The dining room table paint is old and sticky. Wifi only works in living room or on balcony. I called and left a message with office no one answered or returned my call about a big grey bin that was left in unit when I arrived. After reading the exiting instructions I realized they leave these huge bins in the unit all week too put your dirty towels and linings in. Long story short I would not stay here again. Starting my vacation cleaning for 2 hours is no fun. Location to the beach was great but that's about it for pros at this property.

Nice location and great view

It has all the amenities you need . The kitchen was well stocked . There was both a keurig and a coffee pot. The frig has a ice maker. The only complaint was the front door whistles because the seals need to be replaced . You can hear it if you are sleeping in the front bedrooms .

Our stay was fine. Living room furniture was lived in condition. Drapes in master were torn. One electrical outlet along sink wall did not work. All in all it was a good week.

I wish we lived closer to visit more often

Location! Sunrise and sunset views from the Patio are just amazing. Right on the beach. Covered parking. Nothing really to point out but I would say providing some basic things in the kitchen such as salt and oil would be great. Extra charge for linens was a bit too high. We are only a couple and did not end up using all the bedrooms but we paid a lot for linens.

Wonderful location and trip

This condo has beautiful views, was super clean and a lot of space for four adults and two children. Very quiet, even with the great restaurants next door. Would highly recommend and we will be back next year :)

Clean. Great location. Family atmosphere. Relaxing.

Great condo. People constantly cleaning in the building. Items in working condition except 1 elevator down during stay. Key pad entry for the building. Close to all needs. Short drives to shopping and shows. Only issues had with parking deck. Part on the concrete ceiling fell on my sunroof. Building management took my call but never returned a call for follow up. Poor customer service there. Would consider staying here again. No one to get in touch with after hours for issues.

Great location

Great location! Very nice condo and spacious. Wasn’t very clean, tables, counters and floors were dirty and sticky and the trash can had beer all in it with no trash bag. The refrigerator took over 24 hours to get cold and it leaked a dark liquid out. Would we stay there again? Of course it was nice. I think they need a new cleaning person. I’ll give 4 stars still!

overall very nice, Televisions were a nightmare.

The unit is in a great location, nice beach and porch, very roomy. The only issue we had were all the televisions and cable boxes were disconnected and we had to spend hours trying to figure it out. We finally we able to get two of the 4 working. Other than that, very nice stay.
