Pelican Walk 204 - Pet Friendly 1 Bedroom 2 Bath Gulf Front Condo! Bring your Pet to the Beach... Pelican Walk 204 is a Gulf Front PET FRIENDLY 1 bedroom - 2 bath Condo featuring a king bed in the bedroom with a private bath, queen sleeper sofa in Living room, a second bathroom for guests, and a Gulf front balcony! Sleeps up to four guests at Pelican Walk Gulf front condominiums.

Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY condos in Panama City Beach! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) dogs per condo and each dog must weigh 20 lbs or under. All dogs must be registered upon arrival and each will be issued a Pelican Walk Leash Sleeve. *Pet fee is $150/pet charged by the Pelican Walk Owners Association. Pet fee is non-refundable.

*All Pets must be fully housetrained! Guests must have pet occupancy approved at the time of booking. Please provide weight and breed of dog to be added to the reservation. Guests that have a qualifying service animal must request accommodations at the time of booking.

Unit 204 has a KING bed in the bedroom, 2 full size bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen the opens to the dining and living area. The Living area has a queen size sleeper sofa for guests. The Gulf front balcony overlooks the East pool and has a beautiful view of the beach and Gulf! This condo is PERFECT for families or couples with a PET! Staying in 204 gives you easy access taking your pup out to the Pelican Walk designated dog area!

Pelican Walk is an ideal place to stay! Located close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius. Pelican Walk Rentals has dedicated staff located on-site that are more than happy to help you and your family have a fun, relaxing, memorable beach vacation! Guests staying at Pelican Walk have access to numerous amenities: private beach access with beach service, two (2) swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis & pickle ball courts, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, Charcoal & gas grill areas, and more!

My Stay at Pelican Walk

It had a full kitchen 2 bathrooms It beats the other place I stayed at 2 years ago on Front beach road that had Polynesian dancers by a land slide . Besides the nice room the price was good.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not clean, kitchen faucet was broken. Roach in kitchen. One pillow for pull out couch and it was stained. Had to get pillows and blankets for pull out couch. No hair dryer in room. Water main break, no water for most of that day. Out dated decor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent a very relaxing week at Pelican Walk. Location and proximity to the beach was excellent. Condo being Pet Friendly was a plus anas well. Unit is convenient to stairs , which was beneficial when elevator was busy. Everything was just as pictured. Beautiful view off balcony. Palm tree does block a portion of your view to the right. No Sunset view but you can just walk directly down to the beach to see full view. Pools were nice with outside bathrooms. Dog walk was a pretty good walk from the unit. Opposite side all the way towards the road entrance but had a big area to walk, not just a strip of grass. Area was quite and there is a 24 hour Waffle House right across the road. We would definitely stay again.

Some small maintenance issues needed to be addressed and hopefully were: floor cleaning in the master bath and kitchen sink plumbed in reverse.

All we needed

The only negative was whatever housekeeping cleaned the floors with. It was slippery and had a film over it the entire stay.

Great stay

The only thing I can complain about was I got put right in the middle of the building which would be fine without a pet.I brought my dog because she takes daily meds.The dog walking area was such a haul especially first thing in the morning when pets need to potty.Also if it rained the small dog walking area was mostly under water.Still a great place overall and i will stay again with my pets

Weekend Getaway with my husband

Great location

The condo was filthy. There was black dog hair in the bed and all over the floor. There was sand all in the floor. Both bathroom sinks would not drain. The master bath wouldn’t drain. The dryer didn’t work. The dishwasher was broke. Pelican Walk itself was great place. The location was absolutely perfect for our family. The beach wasn’t too crowded.
