Welcome to this lovely 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa with a fantastic pool and spa.

Located on a corner lot, this villa is well taken care of and offers a beautiful view of the conservation area. The house has elegant wood-look ceramic tiles throughout.

The villa can comfortably accommodate 8 people, with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds in 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom and the living area have their own smart TVs. The living room has a big 65" TV, and the bedrooms have 32" TVs.

The villa offers two dining spaces, they are located on both sides of the open kitchen and seat 6 guests per table. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need during your stay!

The spacious main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with double sink vanity, walk in shower, tub, separate toilet and walk in closet. The queen bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with walk in shower, single vanity and toilet. This bathroom also gives access to the pool area . The other queen and twin room share a bathroom with a vanity, toilet and tub/shower combination.

For convenience, you'll find the washer and dryer in a separate room. The access to the games room is located here as well. The games room has a pool table and ping pong table.

The villa's location is perfect, close to Championsgate, where you can find various restaurants and easy access to Interstate I-4. Plus, there are many beautiful golf courses nearby.

It's just a short drive to the magical attractions of Disney and Universal. The central location also makes it easy to plan day trips to Florida's stunning beaches.

Guests can enjoy the entire house, excluding the owner's closet.

We're available in person or by phone if you need any help during your stay. Keep in mind that pool and spa heat are not included in the nightly rate but can be added for a small daily fee.

Please be aware that the villa is self-catering, we provide a complimentary start up set but you have to buy or bring your own supplies.
