Nestled on a small hill, the villa enjoys a south-facing position, providing privacy and the absence of rear neighbors. Fully equipped with everything you need, it has been thoughtfully furnished to create a true home-away-from-home experience. Each bedroom, along with the family room, features remote-controlled Roku TVs for your entertainment.

The villa boasts an extended sun deck with an awning, accompanied by a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. For families with small children, a removable safety fence is available if needed. With 4 sun loungers, 8 patio chairs, and a table, ample seating options are provided for everyone.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, and a refrigerator with ice and cold water dispensers. Adjacent to the kitchen, a breakfast table and chairs, as well as a breakfast bar with 3 stools, offer convenient dining options.

The family room features two sofas and a chair, offering a pleasant view of the patio. It is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo. Additionally, there is a front living room located next to the front door, with two sofas and a formal dining area.

On the first floor, you'll find a Queen bedroom and a bathroom with a tub shower, vanity, and toilet. Access to the pool deck is also available from this bedroom.

The second floor is home to the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable King bed, nightstands, and a sofa bed. Its en-suite bathroom features a bathtub, shower, double vanity, and separate toilet. Two remaining bedrooms each have 2 Twin beds and share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub shower, single vanity, and toilet. The laundry room is conveniently located on this floor.

Not forgetting the entertainment options, the villa includes a Games Room with Air Hockey, Foosball, and a Pool Table. A selection of board games and jigsaw puzzles is also available for your enjoyment. As guests of the villa, you have complimentary access to on-site leisure facilities such as tennis courts and a children's play area.
