Oversized 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms on the Canal with a shared fishing dock.
Welcome to Dock of Dreams. Your home away from home. Park your car during your vacation and enjoy a beach lifestyle the southern way. Fripp Island is about 3000 acres of natural beauty which has been designated as a Wildlife Sanctuary. Fripp Island is a gated beachfront Resort community that is home to 2 championship golf courses, 6 swimming pools, fishing and crabbing piers, shopping, several restaurants, Racquet Club, Marina, and Camp Fripp for Kids. Fripp is just a day trip away from Beaufort, Charleston, and Savannah, Ga.

The house is centrally located on the Island and a short distance to the Cabana Club with 3 pools, wet bar, restaurant, salon, and Camp Fripp. The family playground is within walking distance of the front door which also has a basketball and volleyball court.
Fripp is Blessed with 3 1/2 miles of beautiful uncrowded white sandy beaches.
As you walk into this upscale home, you will be greeted with a gorgeous view of the canal. The home features a coastal themed with Luxury Vinyl Tile through out the whole house. The main living area of the home is a beautiful open concept designed for family gatherings. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, and all the comforts from home. The home comes with one bedroom on the main living floor which holds a king size bed and a bathroom with walk in shower. The Master bedroom is upstairs with 2 other bedrooms. All Bedrooms come with cable TV. There is a gas grill and a charcoal grill available in the garage for you to cook up some steaks or fresh seafood. The house comes equipped with beach chairs. The favorite feature of the house is the screened in back deck overlooking the Canal. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or your evening cocktail while listening to the ocean waves crashing and feeling the ocean breeze. Also, the fishing dock is a bonus. A boaters delight.



Per the island, you are required to have a valid drivers license to drive the golf carts or they will fine you

Great house and location! The dock was a definitely a plus!

We love coming to Fripp to get away and relax and this house was a great rental to do just that. We loved the location and having a dock was a plus too. We enjoyed exploring the island on the golf cart and the beach was just a very short ride away. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back!

We have been staying at Fripp for years and love it. This home was wonderful. It was updated and the back porch overlooking the shared dock was great. The location was coveniently in the hubb of the island. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home.

We had a wonderful stay at Dock of Dreams! The layout was perfect for our group of 9. The back porch is amazing for morning coffee or game night after dinner. Wendy was an amazing host and very quick to answer any questions. We will be back!

Fripp Staycation!

We enjoyed our stay on Fripp. We life about 25 minutes away but it felt like we were a million mikes away. My husband and myself took our 17 year old and a few of her girlfriends for a beach birthday weekend. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and more. The view of the canal and the sunrise was beautiful. We try to visit Fripp often and we’ll definitely stay here again. We highly recommend it.

Thanksgiving at Fripp

Property location is fantastic! In between the Cabana Club and the Marina. Close access to pools and beach. Across the street from the golf course. Canal with a dock is a plus as our son enjoyed fishing off the dock. Wendy, the owner, was great to work with on the rental. House has just been painted! Excited to come back and see what changes/remodeling the house will have (no need for much already). We rent several times a year on Fripp and you cannot beat this location!

Mini Vacation 2023

Love, Love, Love Fripp Island!! It was our first time and we would love to come back. This house is amazing! Very comfortable beds, great kitchen, very clean and super comfortable for our family of 6 adults, 2 kids! We loved the deer in the yard every day! Porches galore to enjoy being outside. Great having a golf cart available, included with house! We rented a second one because we had 8 people and that is the best way to get around the island. Fishing access with shared dock in back yard. Awesome beach access, great playground for kids and lots of other amenities available with resort card. Loved the decor of this house and the Owner is a super friendly, great communicator helping us enjoy our family vacation! Memories were made with my family for the weekend!

Frippin' It

We have been visiting Fripp since 2005 and have stayed on Davis Love, Bonito, and now Ocean Creek. We enjoyed the proximity of this property to the Cabana Club, beach, and park. We had a few minor issues upon arrival (very inconsequential) and our host Wendy was very responsive. Everything was promptly resolved. The kids and I fished off the dock, which we all loved. We caught crabs, an oyster toadfish (had to google this one), sheepshead, and a black drum. It was fun to get up in the morning to check the crab trap and then fish after dinner before we took our evening golf cart cruise. Tons of stuff in the garage. I don't know if this was in the listing, but there was a grill (we used it), multiple bikes, boogie boards, chairs, beach toys, and an umbrella. The carpet upstairs has seen better days, but is par for the course at a beach rental.

Fantastic Stay on Fripp Island

Family trip to Fripp Island and had a great time. The house was fully stocked including the kitchen which allowed us to prepare meals, play cards in the evening and enjoy the sunsets from the back porch. Great location with close proximity to everything we wanted to see and do. Would gladly return.

Wonderful house!

House is perfect for 10 people. It’s very comfortable and well appointed. Having the dock out back gives even more opportunity to enjoy the Fripp experience. It’s in a great part of the island. This is our third time staying at the home. Owners are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Love the Dock of Dreams!!

The house was warm and inviting. Had all of the comforts of home. Communication with owner was exceptional. Could not have asked for a better July 4th experience
 perfect location to enjoy golf cart parade, fireworks, live music! Walking distance for children to enjoy the park/playground. Looking forward to visiting again!

Our main residence is in Clearwater Florida. We love getting away and coming to Fripp because of the low country lifestyle and the southern charm. We enjoy parking our cars and jumping on the golf cart to tour the island. Our favorite thing to do is to jump on the golf cart and go and watch the sunset. The kids enjoy the freedom of jumping on bikes and riding around the island. Going to the marina and getting a coke. Or riding up to the front of the island to purchase candy. The best part for us is all of the memories that we are making as a family!

 Having a home on Fripp is not. We Love this home because of its Charleston style charm.
