1447 Mermaid Ln **** This Ocean Lakes stilt home was built with upgrades and beach living in mind. As you pull into the massive 3 bay stilt garage with parking for 6 cars you get a slight glimpse of the ocean waves. As you exit the car you are greeted by an expansive lower level entertainment patio loaded with big screen TV, two 4 top tables and chairs and grill for all your grilling needs. As you walk up the covered stairs you are hit with the Ocean breeze and come upon a massive elevated deck only suited for entertaining. Inside you will be greeted by high vaulted ceilings, hard wood floors and granite throughout. The upgraded gourmet kitchen is fit for the most discerning chef. Soft close doors and fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The white and black golf carts are our personal carts. This property does not come with a golf cart. Come sit back and relax and enjoy all Ocean Lakes has to offer. Please bring your own towels and linens or request to have them delivered for a fee. Also be ADVISED Ocean lakes charges a $15 fee per day per car for a parking gate pass.

Very nice house

House was very nice and close to the beach. Would definitely get a golf cart to drive around the grounds.

A golf cart is a big part of the Ocean Lakes experience. We offer one to our guests complimentary but just as it was offered to you a security deposit is required due to liability reasons. Unfortunately the penalty’s imposed on the owners from the park when violations occur can have years of repercussions on owners thus is the reason for a refundable security deposit to use a privately owned golf cart. We welcome you back anytime.

Fun stay

Our first time to Ocean Lakes. The teens had a wonderful time driving around on the golf cart. Thank goodness this property had one included. The house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. We had issues with the tv bc we were the first rental but used our own Netflix account to watch movies at night. They had a few beach chairs and items available for us to use. This was nice because we needed the space in the car to bring our own towels and bedding, which is apparently how it often is at Ocean Lakes. The owner was easy to communicate with and the property was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice House!

This was the first time we stayed in a one level on stilts (We normally rent a 2 story). Check in was a breeze, Mr. Brad you as very responsive to any questions I had. The house was clean, and there was even a small care package. I thought it was a very nice touch giving the guest a care package, Very considerate! My family absolutely loved the porch! I had my coffee there every morning, and really late at night when everyone was in bed- I could hear the waves from the ocean. Very relaxing! Fall Break

Everything was clean. Outside TV listed in description was missing. Kitchen is very well stocked and nice but very small. Bedroom 2 & 3 are very small and lack dressers or any drawer storage for clothes. Master bedroom was good. Only one ceiling fan in house and it made noise. Suggest bringing fan for circulation. We bought 3 as thermostat was set at 70 and locked. When asked for lower temperature was told if below that, it would freeze. Very nice place and good location. No visibility of the beach. Outdoor deck was very nice and area on ground level was very nice as well although no TV as listed in description.

Great home in the best ocean front campground!

I’ve grew up going to Ocean Lakes every year. We have taken our family (my husband, three kids, and I) every year for the past four years. This house was exactly what we wanted and needed for the week! The golf cart was a huge bonus. The deck was gorgeous and where we are almost every time we ate at the house. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We’d love to stay again!

Great beach house & loved the porch

Nice house and a plus to have the golf cart included. I left our beach towels in the dryer when we checked out and Brad was very nice to contact the cleaning service and is in the process of shipping them to me. We would definitely rent from Brad again!

Beautiful Home

Brad's home was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the house very much. The only small issue we had was the 2 rooms not having dressers, so we ran over and bought some hangers to hang most of the clothes. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay!

This was one of the only houses we found in Ocean Lakes that had three queen beds, for each couple to sleep in. We really enjoyed the golf cart and the outdoor space and furniture to sit on. Loved the separate shower/dressing room also.

The house had everything that we needed for a stress-free stay with four small kids. We loved the wide porch, the use of a golf cart, and the outdoor shower. The area was so quiet and very peaceful. We have already recommended the place to several friends and family!
