Please note: Beginning January 2026, there may be some landscaping installations and property updates (including the tennis courts) taking place during your stay.

In addition, Wi-Fi and cable upgrades will be ongoing through the end of March 2026. During this time, cable technicians will need access to the condo to service all TVs. The visit should take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, and we appreciate your cooperation in allowing access so the work can be completed. Notice will be provided when work will be scheduled.

This beachfront condominium offers 650 feet of private beach access and is located in the heart of Destin’s Holiday Isle. The Crane’s Nest is part of a low-rise, gated community, providing a safe, comfortable, and relaxing retreat—ideal for families.

The beach is just steps away with private access for guests.

Beach Service Information

Beach service is not included in your rental rate.

Cloud 9 Beach Service offers chair and umbrella rentals with an on-site attendant available to assist you.

Daily Rental: $50

Multi-Day Rental: $45 (2025 rates; subject to change)

Beach Rules:

No personal chairs, umbrellas, tents, or fishing gear in front of rental chairs unless renting through Cloud 9.

Personal setups are allowed behind the rental rows.

Tents are not permitted anywhere in front of The Aegean beachfront.

Please ask the on-site attendant if you have any questions.

Relax, unwind, and enjoy your time at the beach!

Enjoy sweeping views of the Gulf of America from every floor of the condo. Start your mornings with coffee as the sun rises and unwind in the evenings with a glass of wine while watching the sun set over the water. The main balcony offers beautiful Gulf views and also overlooks the beautifully maintained pool and landscaped grounds.

On-site amenities include three community grills—perfect for outdoor cookouts! Grill use is first-come, first-served, with a sign-up sheet available. Please note that the pavilion is currently roped off as finishing touches are being completed.

While there is no on-site fitness center, guests are encouraged to stay active using the sidewalk just outside the gated community, perfect for walking, jogging, or biking. The beautiful beachfront also provides a refreshing setting for outdoor exercise, from sunrise walks to water-based activities.

For those seeking traditional gym facilities, several well-equipped fitness centers are conveniently located nearby, offering easy access to additional workout options during your stay.

Additional Notes:

Parking is available for up to two vehicles per reservation—please plan accordingly.

While we love pets, pets are not permitted per HOA rules.

Inside the Crane’s Nest
As you enter, there’s a convenient area to store coolers, beach toys, flip-flops, and towels. Please note: Beach gear is not permitted in walkways. If items are left in the walkway, Aegean staff may knock on your door to bring this to your attention.

We kindly ask that you rinse off all beach gear before bringing it inside.

Each room is designed to make you feel right at home—your personal retreat by the sea.

First Floor: Relax on the spacious sectional sofa while enjoying your favorite shows on the Cable & Smart TV—your perfect spot to unwind and spend quality time together.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything you need to prepare anything from a quick lunch to a full dinner. Seating includes a bar for 4 and a dining table for 6.

Half Bath: Conveniently located on this floor for quick access after beach time or lounging.

Extras: For guest convenience, a basket of six (6) beach towels located on first floor and a bin of toys may be available on the upstairs balcony. Items are generously left by previous guests and availability is not guaranteed.

Starter Supplies: A starter amount of soaps, shampoo, dish detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper is provided for your convenience. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.

Second Floor
This level offers two primary en-suite bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: This room features a king-sized bed with nautical-inspired décor, generous closet and luggage space, and a large sliding glass door that opens to a private balcony overlooking the emerald waters of the Gulf.

Bedroom 2: The room includes a queen-sized bed, a spacious closet, and a cable & smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a fun-filled day.
Also on this floor:

A washer and dryer are provided for guest use. One complimentary single-use laundry detergent is included.

Bookshelf: Browse a small collection to enjoy while relaxing in the sand.

Third Floor

Two queen beds, an oversized chair with ottoman, and a flat-screen Cable & Smart TV .
Full bathroom and independent air conditioning unit for added comfort.

Large windows with panoramic Gulf views make this a favorite hideaway.
