Thanks Melisa for your review. Thanks for leaving our house in great shape. We appreciated being informed promptly of an issue in the house, so that we could address it immediately. We are pleased to upkeep the back yard, and love the neighborhood for walking into town, and along the harbor.

We very much appreciate when guests take time to review their stays in our property. It is helpful to have their views, suggestions, but especially if they have enjoyed their stays! We try to make the house as clean and welcoming as possible for each guest, and feel that our location suits many different kinds of guests.

Ann and family were really great tenants, and we are very happy to hear they and their pet were comfortable, and really enjoyed the location of our house. We very much appreciated their prompt notification of an issue in the house, which we were able to take care of fairly quickly, thanks to their kind attention. If they ever need to return to Newport we hope they might book with us again.

It is our express intention when setting up #7 Clinton St., to make it as welcoming and easy as possible for our clients to move in and be comfortable. We try to make sure that everything in the house runs smoothly, and that should a problem occur, we will do our best to rectify the situation asap. We usually use the winter months to work on any necessary repairs, and freshen up paint etc. We are very grateful to Richard and Tina for their great review. We hope all our future clients really enjoy their time in #7 Clinton St., as much as Richard and Tina have reported in their review. It is always very helpful to receive feedback from our clients, and we will always try to work with any special needs. We are happy to respond to inquiries for more details, and any questions about the house and location. Newport is a very special place with much to do and see, and we feel lucky to live here.
