Carolina Beach 1st Floor w/Porch-Walk to Ocean!

Hey Anthony – I’m sorry that the “basement” unit didn’t meet your expectations. I’d like to point out that the second line in our description starts with “This first-floor duplex unit offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath…” Also, the first line under property is “ *Please note that this vacation rental is the downstairs unit of a duplex home. There is another rental unit upstairs and other travelers may be present* ” I apologize that you did not read this prior to your renting our first floor (not basement) unit. I also apologize that the “Fossett system” didn’t work and that the ceiling fans were so loud that couldn’t sleep. I am glad that you made the most of your vacation that you must have spent dirty, unable to shower. This dirtiness must have affected your ability to actually turn off the ceiling fans resulting in an extremely difficult sleepless and grungy vacation. Good luck with your next vacation my semi-literate friend. But seriously folks… He never contacted me to repair the faucet. I have had 6 guests since then and none of them did either. When I went to try to find the problem, I couldn’t find anything repairable. I did think the ceiling fans were a bit loud, and a little old, so I replaced them. Please make sure to read the descriptions of units that you rent. We do everything we can to make it obvious what you’re renting, but there is a limit.
