WHAT A CAPTURE !!! Avec cette Pristine Oceanfront ~ 2 chambres 2 salles de bain ~ Unité de fin condo. C'est propre, bien entretenu et décoré dans le style de plage ~ avec un mélange de couleurs glorieuses de plage ~ encore touché, avec une touche du plus populaire VINTAGE DECOR "SHABBY CHIC!
Comme vous faites votre ascension de l'escalier fermé, qui vous protège contre les vents d'hiver et la chaleur de l'été, vous semblez oublier il y a un océan à proximité par. Une fois que vous ouvrez la porte ... Spontanément, vous allez ... WOW !!!!!!!! Comme semble l'Atlantique d'être un bout de bras ... un invité mis de cette façon "JULIA Je sens que je suis sur un bateau! Il n'y a rien que cette vue envoûtante et les sons paisibles de l'océan comme il se lave contre les sables blancs Beachy en entrant dans cette maison. Il y a beaucoup de vie confortable et salle à manger sièges comme illustré dans les images. Hey, un plus très important plus "il y a beaucoup ... Beaucoup ... Confidentialité ici ... PERSONNE NE SERA MARCHE PAR ET RECHERCHE EN !!!"

Profitez d'un des concerts gratuits et des feux d'artifice sur la promenade chaque jeudi soir, le temps le permet durning Haute saison. Fireworks peut également être vu depuis le pont du SEAS LE MOMENT! Alors que sur la promenade, ne pas oublier de passer par les beignets de Britt, célèbre de loin. Dimanche soir offrent des films de famille gratuitement par le lac à quelques rues de l'hôtel. Apportez votre couverture ou une chaise, et regarder les films sous les étoiles.

This was probably the cleanest vacation property we have ever stayed in. The process for check-in and check-out were simple and easy. The view was wonderful and exactly what our party wanted. The local café within walking distance just down the street, Granny's Country Kitchen, was a nice treat each morning for breakfast.

We loved our stay. The place was very clean and had all the things we needed to make the trip wonderful. The location with close proximity to the beach and the ocean front view was a 10 out of 10!!! We would definitely stay here again. The communication with Julia was superior. She was available to answer any questions and made check in a breeze. She was also a great resource for places to eat around the area.

We enjoyed staying at the condo very much! It was very clean and it was big enough for our family of 5. The host was very nice and greeted us as we arrived. She texted us a day before that we needed to bring some essentials. If we would have realized this sooner, we would have brought these items from home as we were already on the road. We loved that the condo was right on the beach and the balcony had amazing views of the ocean! We would definitely be back if we had the chance to travel to this part of NC again.

Great unit with beautiful beach view and easy access to the beach. Comfortable beds and furniture and nicely decorated with plenty of space for our family. The kitchen is well equipped. The outside storage has lots of beach chairs, umbrella and toys for the children. Parking for two cars was easy. We enjoyed our time there and would stay again next time we visit Carolina Beach. How can I summarize my visit? Exactly what I wanted, but more importantly what I needed.Julia is an excellent communicator. I had asked to check in early. She immediately responded with a message that she would let me know on check-in day of that would be possible. Julia messaged me the night BEFORE check-in and THEN made sure I knew it was possible by texting my phone. There was no additional fee for checking in early (which doesn't happen often).This condo is everyone's dream!! I did...take the master with my own bathroom, but my friend was just as happy with the 2nd bedroom (and she, too, then had her own bathroom). Shoot, she actually slept on the couch the whole time. Julia's deck is like an open rooftop! We had the best dance parties. Well, just the 2 of us (hahahaha), but SUCH A GREAT SPACE!I'm coming back. Thank you Julia! Your Southern Hospitality was perfect.

We were happy to return for our 4th visit to Julia’s beautiful 2-bedroom condo in Carolina beach! The oceanfront view was fabulous, making our trip a real summertime treat! We loved relaxing in the comfy living area with its beachy décor . . . and beautiful views of the ocean, even when inside . . . a real plus! Julia has thought of everything – from beach chairs and umbrellas to a fully-equipped kitchen and well-appointed rooms – and communication was excellent. The location is great . . .right next to the Tiki bar for sunset drinks and fish tacos, very convenient to the Boardwalk shops, and perfect for walking. Another memorable stay and we are already looking forward to our next visit . . . Thanks Julia!

I moved to this area from Virginia in 2000 and first rented an apartment in Wrightsville Beach. I later bought this property in Carolina Beach and lived here for a year. During that time I was creating a beautiful simple & elegant coastal atmosphere in my many upgrades. Just to wake up and see the sun rise over the ocean was like a dream come true. Oh my goodness, at the end of the day, just to sit on my comfy living room sofa and to be mesmerized by watching the waves roll in and hearing the sound as they embrace the shore was an unbelievable joy. I love breathing in the salt air and hearing the happy sound of vacationers as they play on beach.

My goal is for all my guests to have the same joyful and relaxing experience as I have had.I strive to make this a place filled with wonderful memories where you'll want to come again and again.

Its location is the perfect mix of staying in a quieter area but with a quick 15 minute walk up the beach you can be in the midst of the action on the boardwalk. On the boardwalk you will find great restaurants, entertainment & shopping. Try award winning Britt's Doughnuts during the high season!

Location, location, location. With a top floor end unit, this condo has a million dollar view. On the large deck, enjoy watching the sun rise with your cup of coffee or sit under the stars in the evening with a glass of wine. The primary bedroom has a private deck.

There is a private walkway to the beach with lifeguard station #5 just to the right. Although it is located in a quiet area also within walking distance for great food, shopping and entertainment on the boardwalk. Since the condo has only six units you won't be waiting in long lines to shower off after a day in the sand and sun. You can enjoy family cook outs at our outdoor space with the fun surfboard picnic table and charcoal grill.
