Villa Palapa is a dream come true when it comes to visiting DR. Located in the luxurious Arrecife Community, you will have easy access to white sand beaches and restaurants, Six Senses Spa, Tennis&Padel club, Equestrian center&Polo Club, Kite surf or scuba diving club, 45 perfectly groomed golf holes (Corales PGA certified golf course). It offers a relaxing atmosphere with its surrounding composed of tropical gardens and a short walk away from turquoise waters of the sea. Maid service included.

This Home is equipped with: 4 -Bedrooms, 4 1/2-Baths.
First Level: Patio entry, Living Room, Fully equipped kitchen, Guest half-bath, Own private Pool, Heated Jacuzzi. Suite #4 (2 Queen size beds, Ensuite bathroom and Outdoors tropical shower), Laundry room with washer and dryer, Maid’s quarters are located behind the Laundry in order to preserve your privacy.
Second Level: Master bedroom (King size bed, Ensuite bathroom, private balcony), Suite #2 (King size bed, Ensuite bathroom), Suite #3 (2 Queen size beds, Ensuite bathroom, private balcony).

Totally fantastic!

Lovely house, very well cared for and easily close in proximity many things. We were a golf cart ride away from the Ecological park, Playa Blanca and La Cana. We enjoyed the amenities of the house especially the private pool and cabana. The concierge and host (Ailia and Natalia) were so awesome to work with. Very informative and so helpful with 100’s of questions. Rosa, the housekeeper is the sweetest!! Would absolutely stay here again!!

The villa is like your personal own resort. This place is beautiful, Rosa was unbelievable, and everything about our stay was absolutely perfect!! Would not change a single thing and most definitely want to return again!! Highly highly recommend!!

It was a great stay!!!

The house was so beautiful, an authentic Caribbean house. Rosa, the housekeeper was amazing and beyond, she was so kind and helpful and always took good care of all of our needs, she also gave us the best recommendations about restaurants and everything we asked for. She just made our stay more agreeable. I highly recommend you all to stay in this house. Villa Palapa es una hermosa casa, una autentica casa que representa la belleza del caribe. Rosa, la persona encargada del cuidado de la casa fue genial y mucho mas que eso tomo cuidado de todas nuestras necesidades, Ella nos dio las mejores recommendaciones acerca los mejores restaurantes y todo lo que necesitabamos saber acerca del area.

Hands Down Best Villa

I stayed at the Villa for five days with a group of friends to celebrate my sister’s 40th birthday. It was the best decision that we made because the villa, the staff, especially, Rosa and Mari were awesome. Natalia is a superb host and I hope to stay at much more properties in the future with her help. The entire experience plus Natalia’s help with securing chef services was pure bliss for us. Finally, Rosa and Mari are some of the sweetest people I’ve ever met and here I am back in NYC and wishing that I had a “Rosa” of my own. If I was able to allocate more stars, I would. Villa Palapa ROCKS

Amazing property!!

The place was amazing and as expected from the photos (if not better than the photos) The neighborhood was full of spectacular homes, beaches, golf courses and dining - all minutes away. Everything about our stay was better than expected. Natalia helped us with all of our questions and was such a gracious host. Rosa, was a very gracious house keeper and host. So friendly and wonderful person. Martin, who was our chef for the week was amazing! Every meal was a culinary adventure, and he was fun to be around. If you decide to stay @ Palapa, you will not be disappointed! We'll be back!

FANTASTIC!!!!

First - the photos do not do the villa justice! It's nicer and more spacious. The neighborhood was full of spectacular homes, beaches, golf courses and dining - all minutes away. Everything about our stay was better than expected. Natalia helped us with all of our questions and was such a gracious host. She helped us with excursions, chef, travel to/from villa and even things we hadn't thought about ahead of time. Rosa, who oversees the house, could not have been more hospitable. Our family fell in love with her! What a wonderful and kind soul! She became family. And finally, Martin, who was our chef for the week-this dude can cook! Every meal was a culinary adventure, and he was fun to be around. If you decide to stay @ Palapa, you will not be disappointed! We'll be back!

I was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia, but I have lived outside my native country for more than 25 years. I arrived in the Dominican Republic 16 years ago to run a tourism company, I fell in love with this country and made the decision to stay here. I consider the Dominican Republic as my second homeland, and I feel proud to be "wife of a Dominican and mother of 3 Dominicans":-). My son Anton is 12 years old and speaks both Spanish and Russian :-). My little daughter Tatiana was born in December 2017 and my son Alexander was born on December 31, 2018!
For me it is a pleasure to be able to help organize the holidays for my guests, and I do it with great dedication.
