Gather and unwind in the comfortable living area with pocket sliding doors that open onto the large outdoor deck, so guests can watch tv, enjoy the evening breeze, and have drinks on the balconies. The fully equipped kitchen on the main floor has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Cook a great meal and serve at the deck’s outdoor dining table.

The sun-kissed primary bedroom is your dream oasis, with a private balcony, plush seating, and a fabulous walk-in closet. The luxurious ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, a spa-like soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Guests will rest easy in the second bedroom with balcony access, perfect for night owls that enjoy the evening breeze. The second bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and hallway access for other guests to use. The spacious third bedroom has pool deck access and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Young kids will love the fourth bedroom, which has a bunk bed and is just down the hall from the primary bedroom.

Beautiful house in the perfect spot

What a perfect place to stay for a quick walk to beach and has pool in backyard. Beautiful house but the pictures and description on VRBO had that there is a full kitchen up and downstairs. There is NOT one downstairs! This is one reason we rented and spent money on this place for my 90 yo mom to have so she would not have to go up and down stairs. They did have chairs for beach but very low ones so not good for older people. No fun items/toys to take to beach or pool. Wagon to take stuff if you have things. (Didn’t want to spend money on things to throw away at end of week) No cooler to pack lunches or drinks for beach. Pool towels small, not good for putting down at beach. Shaded area outside downstairs very nice with outdoor TV, table and chairs. Large porch swing but no pad to sit on. Patio upstairs perfect to sit on outdoor couch but would be nice if small table and chairs there too. Alarms on all doors leading outside very annoying but realize why, just wish you had option if all older people to be able to turn off. Kitchen does not have any spices, salt or pepper etc. no can opener.. lots of utensils.Beds comfortable, no extra blankets. No door on bedroom upstairs that shares area with bathrooms and with the bunk beds on that side of house, just double doors to shut that whole area off to the kitchen. And no pocketdoor on bathroom downstairs. Took a week to figure out light switches and outlets. Had to buy more toilet paper and paper towels.

It was absolutely amazing for our entire family. We had all three kids and there kids. We like having the kitchen down stairs while we cooked out. It was close enough to walk to the beach and set up for the day. Bring a cart to move your beach stuff back and forth. It will help. We kept our boat at a friend’s house for our stay which made it nice to fish our go to dinner on the boat. We had a small WiFi issue and they responded right away and had it fixed for us ASAP. Plenty of room for all 7 of us! Thank you for allowing my family to make memories with your beautiful home. We will forever cherish the memories we made.

You cannot beat this location! Perfect house for small children as well, the kids loved the pool and and house was very clean. The short walk to the beach was perfect and seemed a lot quieter than other spots on the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Family Trip

It is a beautiful house, just a short walk to the beach. Swimming pool is great with shade for kids. Plenty of room in the house for everyone to spread out and take naps. Beautiful back porch for relaxing and cooking on the grill. Great place to stay.

Great Location & Beautiful Home

I have to say …l have stayed in beautiful homes throughout my VRBO journey and this one although the location was fabulous and it’s a nice home it was not PRACTICAL and FUNCTIONAL at all! No closets for us girlies to hang or dresses, no pantry to put all of our Costco food and the lower level, where the pool was had no outdoor sitting enough for the capacity of house just a high table with 4 chairs! Hello… that’s were you spend most of the time and we had to drag chairs and separate party to have a table to eat outside. They have a nice outdoor sitting area in the upper level that no one used and could have been handy if it was in the pool area! Tiles around pool …very dangerous since they are broken all around. Border of pool, the tiles are sharp cuts and not smooth. So have to be very careful with the kids. Water at night shuts down…. So no going to the bathroom after mid night. The up and down with food and sitting arrangements were just not practical. Management was good although never got to fix the paper toilet holder so picked up toilet paper from floor all week. Other than those couple of details that did annoyed myself house had a good location! So if that is something YOU can live through the house is ok! Thank you AMI locals!

Last Minute Family Getaway

This was the perfect space for a last minute getaway with our family. The house and property were immaculate, exactly as pictured and described. The check-in and check-out process quick and efficient. We never needed to reach out to management but they made it clear they were available if needed. The house was well stocked with all the essentials (could use a kitchen cutting board and oven mitts) but overall we had everything we needed. People had made comments about not being kid friendly but our 2.5 yr old twins loved staying here, they had a blast using the pool and outdoor shower. We were worried about the door alarms but found them easy to manage and not disruptive. Having little kids, the door alarms gave us peace of mind. We love the location of the house! A short walk to the beach and a quick bike ride to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and people we encountered were all very friendly. Will definitely return!

Great house and close to the beach.

What a great home for a week. Very nicely updated and two kitchens. Just a few houses away from beach access and the pool was very nice in the evenings as well. A lot of outside entertaining areas to use. For people capable of walking it is walking distance to several restaurants. If you are not real mobile rent a golf cart. You can travel to Holmes Beach area to explore as well.

Beautiful rental home.. be careful of pool

We absolutely loved this rental house. It was beautiful. Bed were very comfortable, linen was comfortable. Provided lots of towels, beach chairs, a wagon and umbrella. They did not provide a cooler... which kind of bummed me out. Awesome short walk to the beach. The downfalls I didn't love were: the couch in the living room was pretty uncomfortable at times to relax on, and not enough room for 6 of us to sit on and watch a movie in the evenings. Could definitely use more living room seating. The pool walls/floors are made of rock which was rough on the kids skin... many many scratches and scrapes on kids feet and limbs but they still enjoyed the pool. My sons foot was scraped up pretty good the entire trip on all toes. So be careful swimming.... the bedroom upstairs and the bunk bedroom have no door- meaning no privacy. Which pictures didn't show. The alarm system was a bit extreme and loud but we got used to it after a while. Just cannot leave the door open longer than 5 seconds... Very close walk to restaurants and shops leading to Pine Ave. All in all- we had a great time.

Paradise

Blue Crush was everything advertised and much more. Only 1/2 block from the beach and within walking distance to most of the restaurants. The house was immaculate and spacious. Even in February - the pool was warm. The backyard is a paradise of its own. We'll definitely be back.

Great property but not very toddler friendly

We loved this property and location. It is beautiful and the location is perfect. We rented baby gates from ABC rentals for the stairs and because of the design of the metal cable railing, you can’t keep baby gates in place. In addition, the master bedroom upstairs doesn’t have a door (you share a hallway with the bunk beds and can only block off the wing so you have zero privacy from whatever children (or adults) that are staying in the bunk bed room. Other minor inconveniences were the wagons broken and the umbrellas for the beach. Also, rugs would be nice by the back door because the floors get VERY slippery. Nonetheless, great property and location but unfortunately probably won’t stay again because of the lack of toddler friendliness.

Island time on AMO

Beautiful property! Everything was wonderful-location to beach, beautiful pool, decks and the home had wonderful kitchens and bathrooms, great supply of fresh towels too! We loved the proximity to walk to town. Management responded quickly with any questions or assistance we needed. Everything was kept so clean! We will be back!

Lovely stay

Excellent location right by the beach and beautiful home and pool. The only recommendation would be an indoor table besides the kitchen island -and a sofa with a back for comfort. Seating was a bit awkward at times.

THE BEST!

We loved this home! Just a 2 minute walk to the beach plus separate living quarters on the two levels. Our older kids were able to have their own space downstairs while the parents and younger kids had plenty of space upstairs. AMI locals made everything so simple from check in, to check out and making sure we were stocked with chairs, umbrellas, etc... I don't have a single complaint! I HIGHLY recommend!

Such a cute house! When we pulled up I was immediately in love... The outside is so cute ( I love the blue!)! There are so many porch and deck areas to sit and enjoy every different time of the day. I would get up and enjoy my morning coffee on the front deck and enjoy the sunset from back deck while I watched the kids play in the pool. The house has a great layout with a kitchen both upstairs and downstairs by the pool. We kept all of our snack and kid drinks downstairs so they could access easily and not have to drip through the house every time they wanted something. Beach access was very easy from this house. The management company provided beach chairs and a wagon, so we loaded our stuff up and it was a short, quick walk to the beach that was right at the end of our street (and we didn't have to cross any main roads, which we have had to do at other houses we rented in the past). Really, really loved this house and would go back every weekend if I could!
