Marvel over the rich, historic charm blended with coastal inspired decor among the enchanting mansion. Sip your morning cup of coffee on the mansion's front porch and appreciate the colorful views all around. Order delivery at one of your island favorites and enjoy within one of lovely, newly renovated gathering spaces or under the outdoor shaded seating area. The mansion rooms provide beautiful common spaces for sitting, dining and relaxing for all of our guests to enjoy. A community kitchen is located on the first level of the mansion which also includes a microwave and additional refrigerator space for your leftover goodies.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Located up on the 2nd floor balcony, this spacious king suite comes equipped with a flat screen TV, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker and an en suite full bathroom with a shower. Open a set of French doors from your room to a bright, breezy sundeck with plenty of loungers for soaking up the blissful island weather. A table with 2 chairs sits just outside your room so you can enjoy the serene surroundings before getting ready for the day!

Take advantage of the prime location by strolling into town at your convenience after you've had plenty of time to unwind by the shimmering, shared pool.

It is first come first serve and if there is not a space available upon arrival you may park on the street in front for free (do not park in a residential permit space!) until one becomes available, or even for the length of your stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the experience was good. I would highly recommend room-darkening blinds or drapes. The current drapes are light filtering, where the room is almost as bright as daylight at night, making it very difficult to sleep.

My friend & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was like a home away from home. Super clean. Convenient location- close to everything but just far enough away. Didn't feel like you were on a main road. Mostly quiet & calming atmosphere. Would stay again!!

Week get away

We stayed for a week at this location. It was comfortable, walking distance to a local gym, beach and of course Duval street. Pool was nice and the property was very clean. It was nice to get to know our neighbors as well.I will definitely be back.

Nice Stay

Pros: very clean, comfy bed and pillows, relatively short walk to Upper Duval, quiet, warm poolCons: Very small bathroom/shower, loud A/C and dehumidifier, no blackout shades for sleep- outside lights shine directly into room its daylight all night.

Very Mice Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was very easy from the moment we arrived until we left and wish we could have stayed longer. Excellent easy self check in, room was spacious ( one of the bigger, I believe), clean, king bed was very comfortable, pillows worry the best I have stay on. Private, yet friendly other guess communication. Down stairs communities space is very spacious if traveling with other. Pool was nice and heated. Cleaning stay friendly and assisted when asked. Loved being so close to be able to walk thru most of old town. But many ways to get around. Only draw back parking is near impossible to find and very expensiv, so do plan to walk a lot.

Very clean with nice pool

We had a very nice stay. I recommend renting bikes from the place down the block. You can get everywhere within 5 minutes on bicycle.

Beautiful inn with a few details missing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a pleasant stay. Great location away from the crowds. Parking was a wonderful amenity! We appreciated the generous public spaces, endless pool towels and coffee. Owners were prompt in answering our questions. Other guests were mature, quiet, respectful. However, for the price, a few important factors were overlooked. The mattresses were woefully hard and in need of replacement. So much careful attention to details, including exquisite pillows and linens. But the mattresses were awful and we didn’t sleep much during our stay. Also the bathroom vanity wood was in poor condition, peeling/shredded/chunks missing. And one evening as we arrived back to the inn, as a work crew member was peeing in the bushes by the driveway and then walked back up to the porch zipping up his pants. Would we stay here again? For the price versus the negatives, probably not.

Brought my girlfriend here for suprise getaway. Place was great! Super clean, easy to get around. Beautiful grounds and close enough to strip but far enough as well. Really had no interactions besides cleaning lady. Would definitely go back, very romantic and quiet venue

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I approve of what Dwell is doing with these old historical homes, and for the most part, they do a good job. We booked this room from the Dwell properties because our first choice did not have available rooms during our dates, but Azul had a shared kitchen and we thought that would do. Fuente is upstairs, and has windows on three walls. Outside every window is a large light. These lights go on at dusk and remain on thru morning. The windows are huge. They have cheap plastic mini blinds which are old and broken in some places. The light comes streaming in. You can read in bed without interior lights. My husband slept with a pillow on his head, I thankfully packed eyeshades. Our inquiry to the innkeeper resulted in a “could care less” attitude and being told to put pool towels over the windows. Well, even my 6’4” husband isn’t tall enough to get a towel over the window, nor are the towels even remotely large enough! My husband wants me to mention the decibel level of the AC unit. For me it was white noise, for him it was problematic.well he had a pillow to lessen it.The bathroom is small, functional, if you can forgive the wonky faucet on the sink. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee pods sugar and creamer. Items to actually cook with? Not so much. My husband opened a can with garden shears because there was no can opener, despite asking the innkeeper for one 2 days earlier, and neither is there a spatula, so if you had delusions of making a pancake, get over it. So while there IS a shared kitchen, it’s quite obvious that you aren’t actually supposed to COOK in it.Others have remarked on the parking and we were lucky to find either street parking nearby or a spot in the gravel. The pool was nice to have, there were plenty of chairs and floats for guests to use.There is no housekeeping. We were there for 4 nights . You can get clean towels if you catch a girl and ask
