ISLAND SANCTUARY...
Step up to the elegant, adults only Azul Queen Anne mansion for your dreamy island retreat. Built in 1899 by shipwrights and carpenters for one of the island's premier cigar barons, this architectural beauty will lure you into a whole new world. Equipped with all the comforts of home and modern day perks, these accommodations are sure to impress in the creation of your Key West story. A contactless check in/out process with a virtual innkeeper allows for a seamless experience!
***All guests must be 18 years of age or older as this is an adult only property AND the primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
***There is no complimentary breakfast however we provide light snacks for your enjoyment in the common areas.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
A classy composition of historic elegance and serene surroundings create an optimal setting for your R & R. Sip your morning cup of coffee on the mansion's front porch and appreciate the tropical views beyond. Order delivery at one of your island favorites and enjoy within one of lovely, newly renovated gathering spaces or under the outdoor shaded seating area. The mansion rooms provide beautiful common spaces for sitting, dining and relaxing for all of our guests to enjoy. A kitchen is located on the main level of the mansion which also includes a microwave and additional refrigerator space.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Conveniently located on the first level, this king room lies steps away from the sparkling, shared pool. The room is complete with a flat screen TV, Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge and ensuite private bathroom with a shower. A table with 2 chairs sits just outside your room to enjoy the island beauty without having to go too far.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Cool your senses in the pool surrounded by vibrant foliage or catch some rays on the breezy 2nd floor sundeck. These accommodations are conveniently location to all the Duval St. action making a bike ride or stroll the perfect way to get around. Should you have a vehicle, off street parking is available on a first come first serve basis.

PARKING...
It is first come first serve and if there is not a space available upon arrival you may park on the street in front for free (do not park in a residential permit space!) until one becomes available, or even for the length of your stay.

Simonton Beach is 1.1 miles
Fort Zachary Taylor Beach is 1.5 miles
South Beach is 0.7 miles
Higgs Beach is 0.7 miles
Smathers Beach is 2.1 miles

We rented the whole property, and Fontana is on the first floor, so it was great for getting to the main house or sitting out by the pool. The main house is beautifully decorated, comfortable for large groups, and the kitchen is so handy with a full-size refrigerator! This property was perfect for having several families stay in the same place. We loved being able to walk to town, enjoy the patio tables for picnics, lounge in the pool in the evenings, and gather in the house around the dining room table for breakfast! Innkeeper Mark is great and saw to it that we had everything we needed! We so enjoyed his visits to check on us! Amelia and Kim were so helpful with getting the rooms booked. They helped us with room sizes and reservations!

Beautiful property and walking/biking distance to just about everything. Mark, the host, was super friendly and helpful. The pool was warm and kept clean. The room itself was a little tight for a 9-day stay.

We stayed for a long weekend during the Conch Republic celebration. Check in was SUPER easy and the innkeeper was helpful and kind. He answered all our questions and was quick to respond to texts.The pool was DARLING and the rooms were clean and cozy. This place had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on and my husband (who never sleeps) snored the night away all three nights. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. The room has a mini fridge and kcup coffee maker. The main part of the inn had a full kitchen available to everyone with wine out every day for the guests. The weather is warm in the keys (to say the least) and the inn has a filter water dispenser out by the pool - it was really nice not having to buy bottled water and they even provided these charming pitchers to take water back to your room! There was plenty of parking and it was a very short walk (3 blocks) to Duvall. We will definitely be back - thank you for making us feel welcome!

The poolside room was great and offered easy access to the clean heated pool. The location was perfect, and the main house gave us plenty of space to cook, handle a work emergency, or just relax. Check in and check out were easy, and all of our questions were handled immediately. And when I discovered I left an item behind, Dwell quickly worked with me to get it returned. A great experience!

The quality of our room was great! We have stayed at high end hotels with less concern for the visiting guests. Everything was as promised and we brought our electric bikes to hit all our planned destinations on the Key. You made our 25th anniversary that much more special! Many thanks for the memories….

The room was much smaller than expected but I put on myself for not noticing the sq footage. But the weather had taken a turn to extreme temperatures and wind and there was not any heat available. No space heaters or anything and when I texted them they just said could control the weather and we r a tropical local. We froze all night. Dreadful. But the place was clean and would have been better with warmer weather. Just bad luck

Key West getaway

We loved the location and ease of coming and going on the rental bikes we procured a short walk away. The kitchen was great for our breakfasts, and the pool and deck were delightful. Our room was quiet and very comfortable.

The room was tight for all of our stuff and us but well decorated and had everything we could need. The bed was super comfortable. We didn't spend much time there - there is so much to do! We walked everywhere in Olde Town. We did use the pool our first night there. Sorry we didn't have time to enjoy it more.
