We did enjoy our stay, but there are a few things that couldâve been better. I like to hear from an owner after we check in, but there was not a word of communication after we checked in. We also had some confusion with walking the front door as it took me a while to figure out that after entering the code you had to press the top button, not once, but twice. If thatâs always the way, the front door works we shouldâve been told. The knives in the kitchen were extremely dull and could hardly cut anything. They need to be sharpened or replaced. There was no body wash in the upstairs bathroom. The towel bar in the downstairs bathroom is easily dislodged and fell to the floor a few times. The oven mitts in the kitchen are falling apart and need to be replaced. On the positive side parking was easy, we liked its proximity to Canmore, the beds were very comfortable and itâs a good jumping off point to Banff.
