Access the game room through its own exterior entrance, just off the home, and enjoy a game of ping pong. Exit the game room and go into the main house to enjoy down time by watching the Smart TV in the media room. You can rest easy in one of the four bedrooms, all located on the first level. A master king bedroom with a private bath and TV, the other bath is shared with a queen bedroom, king bedroom, and the bunk room with a trundle bed. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the closet of the bunk room. Go upstairs to the beautiful open concept great room with pretty ocean views. Sink into the reclining sofa and watch TV while the ocean is just a glance away. Whip up dinner and eat on the picnic table located on the top deck and after, take a dip in the six person hot tub. Outside stairs make it easier than ever to go between levels, you can go directly up to the great room after a trip on the beach. You’ll leave your heart in Avon after staying in this home.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
