Clean great location!

Clean great location close enough to what ever you need with easy parking….. the host was very responsive. The unit had a very comfortable bed , small kitchen and very clean bathroom!

We enjoyed our two-day stay. The beach is 1 1/2 blocks away, and you can head either North to Neptune/Atlantic beaches or south to Jacksonville Beach. We really enjoyed the area between Atlantic/Neptune beach - great coffee shop, outdoor restaurants, shopping....

Great Location

Wonderful location right across the street from the beach. Whenever the person upstairs walked around you could hear it quite clearly but we knew to expect that from the reviews beforehand. We were bummed that we didn’t get the $10 breakfast coupon that was mentioned in the listing. This should probably be removed if it’s not going to be provided. Overall, we had a great stay!

Great Location!!

Great location! This apartment was an easy short walk to the beach. Restaurants and shops within a short driving distance. Apartment was very clean and comfortable, and had all the basic amenities. The only thing I didn’t like was you could hear the people above us moving around. If we stayed again, I would stay in the upstairs unit next time.

Amazing Anniversary Weekend

Our stay at this unit was wonderful. The listing for the property was accurate. The check in process was easy. The unit was very clean, we was impressed, the decor was nice and it was modern. This place had everything we needed for our stay. It’s very close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We definitely will be staying here at this property again, and will recommended to our friends and family.

The location of the property is perfect! However, I was under the impression I was renting a top level room with a deck. The electirical outlet in the bathroom did not work, we had to dry our hair over the kitchen sink. We could not get the room cooled I had to buy a fan. And, there were only 4 towels and 2 wash cloths for a 3 night stay with 2 people.

Brothers Reunited

My two brothers and their wives came to town and stayed across the street at Hampton Inn. I looked at getting a room there but found this Vrbo at almost half the price. Had plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Room was fully remodeled and very clean. With four units there, I can see having multiple units being used by friends and family in the near future.
